Had the gun been the only problem I wouldn't have stressed out. I'm not out to knitpick but there's a lot more to it than just that.

Those impressions on his butt are pretty nasty in itself.

The Armpit issue i was talking about is too minute and I'm operating with a phone camera so I cant really get it to focus at that point and have the tear visible.

I'll give in a better pic of the neckpost. It has a paint rub on the end of the cowl. Even now if you look to the left of the pic you'll see a gray line in the midst of black.

I can manage to live with the cowl and the gun, cause the cowl will be covered and gun damage isnt really visible.

But his butt and that armpit tear. Not happening.

My HT T2 T800, has no issues at all. There was simply nothing wrong with it even after cehcking it the same way I've checked this one. :dunno

Bottom line HT QC sucks.

All companies have issues.

If you are not happy with a product just return it.

There are known issues with this piece.

The same way there are amazing stories of granduer with other pieces.

It sucks to experience I know.

But as you can return it and are not screwed I think you are ahead of many that can't.
 
when i first took out my batman, he has indents on his backside caused by the silica gel pack pressing against the suit...i was a bit disappointed at first but since his backside is covered by the cape i am fine with it now..
 
I don't think it can be done, and I wouldn't try.

Mine started peeling on the legs and I just evened it out the best I could and have tried to let it be ever since.
 
Woah! Aakash you got your Batman so late from Sideshow? When did you order it? If it was one of the returned stock... then you will end up with a $30 credit. Which translates to nothing... Im not gonna use Sideshow to buy anything other than some super exclusive item for which Im NOT gonna pay scalper prices like $400 or more...

Like I told you before I have my dealer the only reason why i got it from SS was because he was out. And scalper prices as you correctly said.

It's pretty sad the way they've dealt the whole issue.

Ask FedEx for a quote to send it back to the US with $225 insurance, and see the quote they give you... after that, you'll probably want to keep it and take that $30 credit. :wink1:
 
Everytime I open that box I'm thinking I'm gonna come across something else which is f^*ked up.

I've written to them twice. Haven't heard back yet. I'll give them a call by tomorrow Evening if they don't respond. :impatient:


As for the Climbing Harness, I'll put up a pic with a ruler by it's side. It'll be pretty evident then.

Its pretty evident the scuffs on the grapple. A million of them.
