I don't think this is guaranteed any time soon. It sounds like the Hot Toys factories are halting production on figures for the being.

As far as I know, Hot Toys has never cancelled a figure that was put up for order. She'll be here... eventually.

I've also heard that many Chinese workers aren't able to go to the factories because of the Coronavirus outbreak, so we might have to wait a little while longer.

this is the notice from Prime 1.Hot Toys is probably in the same situation.

We have announced before that we will probably resume the shipping after February 10, 2020, but unfortunately due to the Coronavirus outbreak in China the shipping will be on hold for the time being.

Shipments cannot be resumed any time soon due to the Chinese government's response to the spread of Coronavirus, which is becoming a global concern.

We will make sure to inform you as soon as we have any details regarding the shipping.
