Wait for The Dark Knight Rises version, which is likely 95% the same with some additional accessories! :d

Let's hope HT doesn't botch the release for it.

Goy mine today :yess: .... Ok, it came with all issues you guys mentioned.

1. Right foot loose

2. Air bubble in the right arm

3. A little shinny defect in the Wayne head.

4. Dent? I am not sure.

Overall it does not look that bad to me, the right ankle is strong enough to allow the figure stand by itself, so it is ok to me. The air bubble is only noticeable in certain position. Wayne's head looks good after all. and the suit seems to be ok.

By the way I am impress with the paint job of the Bruce Wayne HS. is amazing.

As someone said, no pictures can reproduce how good the paint job in the HS is.

And I got a brand new issue :yess:, look at this:

:monkey2 I bet Bruce Wayne has money enough to buy him self some new shoes. What should I do about it? ask for a replacement? or just put some glue on it?... I am not from USA.. And is the first time I buy something from SSC so, I don't know, what do you guys think?

Can the guys who got Lance's custom capes quickly answer me this before I deface my batman, do the cape clips need to be trimmed in order to lay flat against the suit? Right now they protrude and you can see a lot of peg. i cant seem to push them in further.

Also do the pins punch through the cape itself in any way?

I was really inspired by the pictures on the last page and decided go with the Hong Kong look. I used the Tony Stark neck post from the Mark 4 (it is smaller than the Bruce W. neck post) and a SS Commander Cody neck seal (I know its not movie accurate but I can live with it). I love it, I hated the super long neck on the DX02. I never really wanted to use the HK seen gear but those days are passed. The Bat Suit Begins figures is great and know it has its flaws and people hate Hot Toys right now, but IMo the figure is the Bees Knees. Sorry for the crappy pics, my camera is super suck ass.

Seal your openings in your detolf . I used poster hangers https://www.ebay.com/itm/Poster-Han...0376805342?pt=Art_Posters&hash=item53e821a7de

I bought mine @ Wal-Mart so they might be slightly different .

NO DUST GETS IN MY DETOLF AT ALL

No tape , no washing my Batmen :lol

This is a great idea! I picked up some poster hangers from Wal-mart tonight and put them on one of my Detolfs. Although the handle side was sealed, I found that the hinge side still had a small gap between the door and the poster hanger. Is that the way it is on your Detolfs as well?

Might need to start an interest thread for them in the DC customs forum...

...maybe we can find someone who can sculpt and cast some for us. :)

The shiny gauntlets look nice!

There on backwards though. :wave

I look at this thing like 40 times a day. I can't believe I missed that :lol

Be careful with the suit.

I have stared my Batman with the daylight today and I've found little "cuts" on it.

They're very small, maybe I did them with the nails, don't know...BTW, be careful.

Speaking of dust: I know this has probably been mentioned time and time again. I admit I am too lazy to read through the entire forum.

What is the best way to remove the dust?

The clips do protrude. On mine, it doesn't look bad. They cannot go flush unless you modify. I wouldn't risk it, personally.

I had to cut two small holes to accommodate the clips/pegs in the cape that I bought from him. I just eye-balled where they should go.

BUY a can air cleaner or a lint brush and detolf bats ...

Or use the sticky side of a piece of masking tape, and tap it all over the figure. Dust will stick to it.
