Hot Toys Bruce Wayne/Batman (2011 Toy Con Ex) review + pics

Here's a little idea if anyone would like to copy it. I'm using a Sideshow Stormtrooper neck piece on the Bruce Wayne sculpt. I don't like the bare neck look so I put this thing on and I think it looks good. Still not digging the size of this head sculpt. Seems small for the body (as seen in the last picture), but the neck piece helps a little making it seem a bit bigger.

Well the spray paint worked, and now my gauntlets are nice and glossy. Now I just need to tackle the custom cape.

That's why I hesitate to make any holes. Seems like it will limit futzing options.

My idea is to sculpt some tabs that could be placed anywhere along the cowls edge.

Please send me a pair if you ever get to that!

Did anyone else have a horribly hard time getting the Batman belt snapped on? The opposite side to the clip even came unglued and I had to super glue it.

Exact same thing happened to me. While trying to close the main the clip the opposite side came apart and would not go back in and stay. I had to use super glue Don't understand why it is two parts anyway

Meaning that you probably didn't even bother to read their return policy. If you're planning to return something to Sideshow, you'll still have to call/email their customer service, explain the reason for the return, and request for an RMA number. So.......

Thought I'd quote this because no one has commented on it and it looks fantastic - almost makes me wish I had the DX02 even though I don't like the TDK batsuit usually.

Mine showed up yesterday, seems to be problem free luckily. Hate the stock cape, and wish there was a little more movement possible in the cowl area. Also the right bicep seems to be different from the original release, but other than that pretty great. Love the BW sculpt (mine does have the glossy forehead spots too, but nothing a little clearcoat can't fix).
