I wish the Enterbay Batman will look modeled off Christian Bale in suit and not a double.

More of his face sticks out when it's Christian Bale.

Where'd you get the 1/6 scale Gibson Flying V? It just occurred to me that I've never thought to look for scale guitars. I would dig a Midnite Blue Rickenbacker 4003 bass. On account of it would be cool to have a tiny version of my main bass.

So, mine arrived today and aside from the wrong faceplates (Leno and??) and accessories, i think mine is A-OK!:

Oh shoot... his kneecap is crooked, so much for him being perfect. :p

It came with SCC's Spinal Tap Nigel Tufnel. ;)

Yeah the mouth sculpt is pretty off... but you don't notice it until you see your DX Bats or the Bale sculpt next to it.

Finally heard from Sideshow about a replacement, they're going to send me a replacement body and after I look it over for defects they want me to send the broken one back.
Now it's another waiting game.

Just got this today and I'm really diggin' it. Not so much the dust magnet suit, almost sticky, but the overall figure is very nice.

Got a custom cape on him and I think I'll be getting more use out of Spidey's stand now that Bats is here.

It wasn't my intent with these pics, but they highlight two of the flaws of this figure.

1) The finish comes off. You can see shiny bits coming though along the lines of the pants. It only seems to happen to the pants, which is better than the upper suit. (Most noticeable in pics 2 and 5.)

2) The thin bi-cep rubber (what some have called the "air bubble") does, in fact, make the arm look unnatural in certain poses. I didn't think it would bother me, because you can't see it in the 'waiting for the bus' pose, but with the right bend in the elbow it shows really up. (Most noticeable in pic 7.) I will definitely be sticking some cotton in the sleeve.

I would like to confirm that the right knee pad was indeed off-set. At first I thought people just needed to futz their figures pants, but you can clearly see here that the two pads were placed differently:

His right knee was way off.

Thankfully, with some care, it comes off quite easily without damaging anything.

You can see where the pad is supposed to fit. And you can see where they actually glued mine on:

I used this stuff to glue it back in the right place:

I've used it before on my DX02. It's perfect for rubber.

Here's my current knee placement. :)

My last post was meant to be taken as a joke... I don't like "Begins", never have and I've watched it enough times and still I get nothing... I can't help but feel that Ra's al Ghul "big plan" is something that could have been the plot of a TMNT film... just seemed silly for something that was supposed to be based and set in reality.

I even hated the suit... too bulky and advanced to be Batman's first full suit... by I digress...

This figure looks awesome, it's so intimidating and powerful looking, translates so much better in 1:6 than it ever did on film in 1:1 (my opinion of course.)

I'm really sorry that a lot of you guys ended up with lemons, surely ruining your initial thoughts of this figure.

Maglor, I've got the same wonky knee... what was your trick to removing it safely?

And what place carries that specific adhesive?

Thanks in advance!
M.
