From what I remember it was pretty easy, just take the hands out and push them off. They fit like a charm.

The price for this figure is not going to go down never!!, even if Hot Toys release a 3rd version. Because they'll no do the first night outfit and this was at first a Toy Fair Ex, and all that stuff.. IMO if you're expending more than $400, get the 1/4 Enterbay Batman.

Also, they look a little funny with the blades sticking straight out to the sides like that. They should follow right along his Ulna.
