Ah forgeddaboutit. The flip side is you'll be able to use your reward points from this purchase towards another purchase down the track, which you wouldn't have been able to do with the first-time discount. Also, if lambo says his worked fine, perhaps you didn't sign up to the newsletter? You have to sign up for the newsletter to be eligible for the $10 off.
Can someone tell me what a "pack-out" is? 
I see no photographer's "embellishment" here, and I think he looks fantastic.

The Hot Toys "shipper" is place in a second box with padding to provide extra protection as the "shipper" is right against the Art box.

Yeah, but I just think it's dishonest to advertise something like a discount and then not follow through. Saying "You get to apply a different discount the next time, since you didn't apply this one this time" doesn't really make me feel much better about my relationship to them as a business. If they didn't honor the one discount, why should I believe they'd honor a different one?
And quite frankly, I need to do things like pay rent and put food on the table now, not later. Which means the discount is more important to me now, not later.
I certainly did sign up for the newsletter, since that was the only way to be eligible for the hectic PPO. I contacted customer service, they didn't seem to care.

Man I really hope this gets to me by this weekend!!! I think it took about 3days for my other figures from SS to get here so I hope it's the same for this one!

Not at all.
Its probably because you ppo'd it. If you ppo'd it then you couldn't of used the $10 off. What i did was canceled my ppo order and ordered the figure normally and so than i used the $10 off.
BBTS standard shipping.
Until SS matches, without a premium, i will continue to take my business elsewhere.
Yeah SS packaging has been lacking. My Guardian Predator's box was covered in bangs and chaffe marks by the time it got to me.

Really? How will you know if they deduct this 10% on your 1st purchase? This Batman EX is my first purchase to SS but the price they showed has no sign of discount.

In my reciept it said Coupon/Gift Card: (WELCOME ) $(10.00)

Well I don't see why they think it's OK to honor the discount for one kind of order and not another (the PPO), especially when the PPO is the one they hyped and told us was necessary to sign up for the newsletter for in the first place.
