Awesome work. What did you use to paint the suit?

The "mod" is very simple and requires only one thing, cotton balls.

I stuffed a half a cotton ball on each side of his rib area, two small halfs in his chest and another two for his traps.
Now heres the only bad thing I suppose and this would turn a lot of you off, the suit doesn't close completely since he's "beefed" but the figure imo looks a lot better and accurate.

I have the stock cape and stuffing the traps closes up that gap from suit to cape fairly well.

Just some acrylic paints applied lightly

I'm a little deflated today after the news about Affleck no longer directing The Batman. If WB do mess up WW & JL they need to give up and let someone else have a go at DC movies.

I'm a little deflated today after the news about Affleck no longer directing The Batman. If WB do mess up WW & JL they need to give up and let someone else have a go at DC movies.

man i'll be bummed if ben drops out completely as rumors are suggesting, hopefully they are in fact rumors

He surely can't drop out completely. Presumably he has a contract portray the character in that movie but if WW and JL go badly that Batman solo could well be the last movie on this DCEU.

Sorry to be so pessimistic and all but the the constant stream of bad news and rumours is getting to me lol.

Suicide squad Batman would sell out too, Ben is still playing Batman. He is not director any more, it's just too much for him to handle. Plus I can't blame him he spent a lot of time on live by night and critics slammed it. I would be upset too. By the way nice pics guys

Hopefully that means he will use the extra time to make his performance even better.

I hope I'm not just deluding myself in still being optimistic for these upcoming DC movies.
All the negative stories about WW, JL, Flash, Batman and Aquaman movies is getting tiresome. Waiting patiently on the next JL trailer and hopefully a glimpse of Superman finally.

I still have faith they will be better. I enjoyed BvS and SS.

Threw this guy on Ebay. I have no inside info but I would bet Affleck will never see the inside of the batsuit again and I was kind of holding out hoping he'd deliver the great, comic-y Batman movie I've been waiting for. I don't really want a reminder of BvS and a SS cameo staring at me when they recast.

Probably, just what my gut tells me. But even so - he's a 2x Oscar winner. I don't think WB would rake him over the coals on account of their flailing cinematic universe if he wanted to negotiate his way out.

I'd guess it's wait-and-see right now with JL on the horizon. The rumors don't sound great, though. And the idea of Snyder juggling more characters and a forced lighter tone (if that's indeed what's in the works) sounds like a recipe for disaster. For me, Suicide Squad just squeaked by on the strength of the actors and my own affinity for characters like Harley and Croc. I don't especially care for Cavill, Gadot, etc. and I haven't been impressed with the portrayal of the characters thus far, outside of Batman.

If I'm wrong, and it all turns around, I'll be the first to happily eat crow.

If JL, and WW fail certainly Affleck is going to want out. I mean, I think he wanted out as soon as the reviews for BvS came out, but certainly if JL has a similar reception he's really going to want to get out of there. At that point, though, WB may also be more then willing to oblige, and let him out of his contract as they may want to finally put this universe out of it's misery. Plus, I think Affleck does have a little leverage in the sense that I'm sure WB wants to keep working with the guy even with Live by Night being a bit of dud. So there may be some give, and take there to get both parties what they want.
