After all the Toy Soul pics and the above video, I think this version is superior to MOS version in every way.

For some reason the promo pics didn't do the figure justice for me
I agree, I can't really complain about the HS, it looks like Cavill, but there's something off.

The head sulpt is almost perfect IMHO. I'm so tempted to complain ab the lack of another sculpt with heat vision eyes and curl bt I'm still hoping for some kind of exclusive later. Surely they won't miss out on doing one. It's what everybody wants

Maybe a battle damaged with a doomsday 2 pack?!?!? NEVER happen I know lol

I personally love it. Don't have any DC HT but I really like what I've seen so far from all the figures. That Supes looks fantastic

I personally hoped for a Superman/Reporter Clark 2 pack. Doesn't look like that'll happen now unless they do Clark/Bruce together.

I'm kind of surprised they're going to make a Batman, Superman two pack and not a two pack for each character. Like you mentioned, a Supes, Clark Kent two pack and then also a Batman, Bruce Wayne two pack.

Is it a two pack, or is it more just ordering both at the same time so you get the special item? I took it as the latter.

That's also the impression I got.

Releasing a Batman/Superman two-pack as well as two-packs for each of them would be counterproductive.

I really prefer the Man Of Steel version better, especially the head. I think the MOS one is a much better likeness, and the suit seems to fit better too.

I cannot wait to buy this BVS Superman figure.

If I buy this, it's gonna be my FIRST Hot Toys figure to ever own. I want to see what a general Hot Toys figure look like in quality, and realism.

Is there any pre-order on BVS figures yet?

Noticed Batman gets too much love right now. It kinda gets on my nerves. Three different versions of Batman, but only one Superman. Seriously?

BATMAN Vs Superman. This is a Batman movie. We got the Superman origin. Now it's Batman's turn, with a little Wonder Woman and Luthor thrown in. Patience. When the next Superman movie comes out, it will be all about Supes.
Superman has one suit. Batman uses several. Not too hard to figure it out.

Regardless of who gets first billing, I'm pretty sure this is the only suit that Superman will be wearing in the film. Not including a Clark Kent figure, how many other versions of Superman could they make when there's only one version?

Even in MoS, his own film, there was only one Superman figure because that was the only suit he had.

To be fair, Batman had his turn with the last three Nolan films, plus four Burton/Schumacher films. Add to that the fact that another solo Superman film seems to be very much up in the air at this point, it's only natural for Superman fans to feel like he's getting a bit shafted.

Agree with this also. Even though it's ultimately been decided that the two universes aren't connected, I felt that MoS was actually "Superman's turn", being that Batman had just had the limelight with TDK trilogy.

Which is why I think DC as of late is seemingly pushing Batman to be their marquee character.

What gets me is Snyder said this could be considered a MOS sequel... With more Batman than Superman in it.

I have a feeling everyone but Batman will be dumbed down from now on.

Well it technically is a sequel in the sense that it picks up right where MoS left off and deals with the fallout from what happened in that film, but I do get what you're saying. It's like saying that one can consider A1 to be "Captain America 2" being that it takes place right after TFA and happens to have CA in it.

MOS:

-Bearded Clark Kent

-Suit in full black, including the black cape

BVS:

Batman has many different facial expressions, but Supes doesn't.

True, it's about Batman, but why are there kryptonite, Doomsday, Zod's corpse, henchmen from another planet, and Lex Luthor in the trailor?
