I hate that whole 'I like it, so that makes it good' attitude. I liked Age of Ultron, but I'm not going to pretend it was cinematic masterpiece and then dismiss everyone who didn't like it as a confused simpleton.

I detest that whole, "I dislike it, so that makes it a fact that it's bad" attitude. I liked MoS for instance, but I'm not going to pretend that it's actually an abomination just because other people thought it was a bad film while they dismiss anyone who thought it was genuinely a good film as being a confused simpleton who can see past a myriad of flaws.

Possible. I know Motuxmen stated earlier that there were more figures due for BvS. In what capacity, I'm not sure. Whether that means 1/6 or 1/4 scale.

I'm personally not a 1/4 scale collector myself though.

It's hard to say. I'd love for one, but seeing how this movie isn't that well received in China (HT biggest market), chances of a 1/4 superman are really low. It sucks. I'd kill for a 1/4 BvS superman and batman and Wonder Woman.

I don't think Hot Toys are so parochial, they have a global reach, and this film has made a lot of money in most countries. Plus it's Superman, an icon many would buy regardless of the film.

Silver, I know you're trying to make a point...but my suggestion is you gotta stop taking what he said, rearrange his words to be the opposite of his PoV. It doesn't help your stance buddy. He's entitled to his opinion as are you. I loved the movie, he hated it. There's nothing you or I can do to change other people's opinion. Haters are the most vocal from my experience on forums.

Just let it be dude. All that matters is that you enjoyed it.

And don't listen to motux, what he says is not fact. We ALL do not know what HT has planned for BvS. It's all guess work. It's possible they had a bunch of $#!t planned for BvS, but seeing how it's performed in China, it may also be very possible they decided to scale back on those plans.

Bottom line, from this point on, anything we fans want produced from HT boils down to HOPE.

I've never once called it bad for no other reason than personal dislike. There's no shortage of genuine problems to pick out. I'm not someone who went to see this with the intention of hating it. I loved MoS. I wanted to like BvS. It had the potential to be much better than it ending up being, which was a great shame.

You can like a film, but that doesn't make the critics wrong.

Some of the issues with this film may be lessened when we see what they hacked out of it, 30 min is a lot of chopping. Including one character, and who knows what else?

That's because, Brooklyn, a plethora of other people have diplomatically (including myself) tried to explain to this individual that an opinion isn't a fact, but it didn't (and still doesn't) seem to resonate. So if one wants to pass off their opinion as being "fact", then the point being made is that other people who share a different opinion can do precisely the same thing (pass their opinion off as fact).

No, that is true. I'm not saying that what he said was fact, I'm just merely restating what he said, whether it be true or not.

Well it's probably because their either improving the head sculpt, or they never made enough to show off at shows.

I really like the new sculpt, it has an actual expression too. I ain't imagine them making a worse one

The figure will not have a MoS recycled sculpt. Don't worry.

It definitely won't. Lol. They already displayed the BVS head sculpt at Toy Soul last December. HT is obviously just making some adjustments. Keep calm...and go watch the Rogue One trailer. Lol
