I don't wanna jump the gun...but I keep looking at that pic...I'm REALLY concerned at this point. To my knowledge, HT have NEVER posted an upcoming release pic with mistakes or "wrong headsculpt". What we see there is what we get.

Pray I'm wrong about this. OMFG I would be soooooo pissed off.

Seems folks over on FB are having the same reaction.

It's frustrating they are so tight lipped about many things, but this needs an explanation. A word or two telling us that pic doesn't represent the final product. Or better yet, coming clean and letting us know they couldn't use the new HS because of WB/DC...Jesus anything would help.

If HT releases this figure with the old HS they can go to hell. And whoever defends them for doing this is straight up a goon and should sit in the corner and stare at the wall to reevaluate his life.

Yeah, I'm PISSED OFF. I was sooooo looking forward to this too. Dammit!

There is absolutely no way, no way that HT is going to recycle the MoS sculpt...right? I mean the hair is not even close to being accurate for the BvS film. I was 100% sure there's no way that they're going to, but now I'm genuinely concerned. It'd almost be a downright insult and a slap in the face if HT tried to pull that with this figure.

I can see recycling and simply repainting sculpts if the look doesn't change, but like mentioned, his look was vastly different in this film than MoS.

Like Remy said, what happened to the sculpt they showed? It's just about dead on to his look in BvS.

same here. I will be disappointed as hell. cz I don't live in USA and this 200$ was really hard for me to save up. + import charges. why? cz get same sculpt which is not eve movie accurate? :| I already have MOS. it would be totally disaster if they will do this. I ordered him because of new sculpt . His hairstyle in this movie is completely different , there is not any second in Bvs when he wears MOS style :| so I don't think HT will fail so much. did they do same before?

I'm also unfortunately cancelling if it's a recycled MoS sculpt. No use having it at that point, as the sculpt would be nowhere near accurate to his look in BvS. HUGE disappointment if this is the case.

This happened before when they released an "ultimate" version of the MKIII with swappable battle damaged armor. They showed a different tony HS in the proto pics, then they showed a blurred version of the same pics. It went on for sometime and Then eventually they had to come clean and ACTUALLY told customers they couldn't reach an agreement on the HS and had to release the figure with an older HS. They rightfully apologized and even told customers they could cancel if they wanted.

To me, their major selling point for this figure to really differentiate it from the MoS figure was the different sculpt that conforms to his look in BvS. If they end up going with the recycled MoS sculpt for this figure, they can expect this figure to bomb.

Those who don't have a Cavill Supes would probably just get the MoS version, being that it's accurate. The recycled MoS sculpt is nowhere near accurate for this version.

It's hard to say. HT never communicated with their fans after the IM MKIII incident. There was a ton of backlash with the DX05 Indiana jones sculpt. Fans complained and HT didn't say a goddamn thing about it.
