All the YouTube reviews on the WW movie are all positive so far. I will definitely be getting a version of the solo film, but for now I'm glad I pre ordered this one

So the skin texture on this figure will eventually crack at the joints, correct?
Why do you assume that?

I'm sure Hot Toys has done enough research and taken adequate steps to combat that particular issue well before this figure was ever even started. After past aberrations and the Gamora fiasco, and considering just how long this has been in production now... I'd like to think Hot Toys has taken precautions against that kind of typical damage to the joints.

Now, the rubber cracking as a whole is another story. I'm sure the shoulder joints are not entirely free of defects. So, I won't be posing them at all, most likely.

I think they were asking about the thing that plagued Gamora, where her skin kind of cracked and peeled eventually around the joints. Not necessarily the rubber suit cracking?

I know phicen seamless does..not sure if HT
Damnit.

Do the new bodies do that as well? They have a new wave with more muscle tone they're using for the Vampirella. I was hoping she wouldn't be plagued by their past failures, much like Wonder Woman here. xD

It's rubber, of course if you manipulate it into a state it wasn't moulded in it will crack. For me, I'll just keep her in a museum pose, looks great in it anyway! Really love the photos, weisun, great job mate!

The muscle definition on her legs are great, just hope the sword and shield are metallic like Captain America's, looked plastic from the photos. The sculpt is great, hair could be a tiny bit better but oh well.

I just wish I pre-ordered it cheap, now I have to pay more

NO problems...
When I pre-ordered this, never liked the HS.
I will lose my deposit of 20% of full price if I decided to cancel, so i stick with it.
But, it seems the HS is not too bad at all.

I dont know why people think these things are made of steel. Theyre rubber arms, if the joints are bent they will tear, like anything else. She will need a static pose like all the HT promo shots have had, luckily her static pose looks decent.

Time to get HT to send me a free figure as compliment for my help then.. :p

HT should be giving you commission for all those deciding to keep or place orders based on your photos. :lol

She looks so good in a museum pose I have no plans to put her in any extreme poses. Not anticipating any issues. Much like the armoured Batman this isn't a figure for those that are looking for really dynamic poses. The 17 points of articulation was a giveaway.

I feel the same. Even the ready to battle stance for a female character usually is midly, more elegant that a standard male super hero...

Yeah I'm sure there are still plenty of cool ready-for-action poses that you can put her in, with the legs slightly bent or arms slightly raised or whatever. It's not like your only option will be to have her standing ramrod straight like in those store photos.

Just as long as you don't have her crouching down too much or raise her arms over her head, you should be fine.

As long as she can do this (or close to), I'm good.

Yeah, that's the pose I'd like to get, but the pose she's been displayed in also works. I haven't been able to get Batman in that pose, though, but I haven't put a lot of effort into just yet

I was able to get Batman into this particular pose.

I've since changed it though lest the suit potentially fusing together on the inside of the right elbow. I just have him simply holding the GL in one hand at his side now.
