Guess I'm in the minority here, but I don't mind the helmet. It reminds me of Cap in Ultimates 2.

This suit will be incredibly intricate to pull off in one six. Just look at the leather strap and buckles under the biceps.

I don't mind the helmet either. But I do hope for a metal WWII helmet also. Hoping next week after the release of the trailer the specs are released as well.

I would say a CLEAN Cap in suit.
A battle damaged Cap in suit.

AND WE BETTER GET A...

A USO Cap with battledamage with CREST shield. (maybe it includes the USO suit underneath so that you can display him in that fashion too)

ALSO Helmet and Shields better be metal!

1)USO clean
2)USO/WW2 gear,fatigues,leather jacket and original shield undamaged
3)Ultimate style Stark designed gear and round shield

We'll only see battle damage variations if the movie and initial figures do really well.

Logo on the forehead is awful, but the rest is ok.

I will be doing the opposite, i will only pick up the WWII figure from this line as it's the only one we will get,and we may never see one like it again, i kind of see it as being the Ironman M1 of this line..so i will wait for avengers to buy a more modern Cap.

I feel the complete opposite from the Thor figure to what hopefully Cap will be.

I ordered the bland designed Thor because I felt like I needed him for my collection but I wouldn't pay over $150 for him.

For Cap, I would easily pay upwards of $250-$300 for him as long as they deliver a DX quality product with 2 awesome shields (modern round and WW2), masked / unmasked etc.

He's truly a figure that deserves it and it should be Hot Toys ultimate Marvel figure, even better than the Mark 4.
