Not to discredit the little birdy but no mention of a Stark cameo has leaked via any outlet for Captain America. Fury wasn't supposed to cameo in Thor and rumors are it was reshot for him to have one so I wouldn't doubt it possible but the Hulk cameo was leaked far in advance I would imagine this would be too.

That's not what Jon Favreu said in a recent pissy mood interview, he said that Marvel is just winging it, they have no clue in what the ____ they're doing :horror

Then a week later he kind of retracted his statement saying that he has full confidence in what Marvel is doing :lol

:dunno

I just love it when people don't have the balls of their convictions.

Was the original Iron Man cameo leaked? Maybe they've kept it under wraps this time because they've all been leaked so far? Of maybe the Cap movie ends with him freezing in the North Atlantic. What a happy ending!

According to what has been put out there there are modern bookends. Meaning that they find him, then someone tells the story (Fury? and old Bucky?) of Captain America at which point the film goes into the 40s. Then at the end it goes back to the modern times. Originally it was supposed to directly connect into The Avengers as the film came out a month before. Since things have changed with The Avengers but it should be noted that Joss Whedon is showing up as a screenwriter for Captain America which I don't remember being there before (IMDB) so maybe the direct connection still exists.

As for the Fury cameo, it was leaked but not as early as The Incredible Hulk one was.

Well if not Fury or Stark then it must be someone else.
It could even be SHIELD Agent Phil Coulson who we will definitely see in Thor.

Either way, it's almost certain there will be an Avengers reference at the end or somewhere in-between both the Thor and Captain America movies.

Does anyone have any clue as to when we will finally see HT's CapAm fig? Anyone out there has any inside info? What's the buzz over there in HK?

Dugan could be in the bookends as well, no?

Considering that the timelapse between 2011 and 1944 for example is 67, it would all depend on how old Dugan was in CA:TFA, if he were 30 for example it wouldn't make logical sense for him to running around at 97 in comparison to Bucky who was supposed to be 15 (in original continuity) which would make him 82, still a stretch. I don't follow his comic roots although I remember someone stating that a lower form of the Super Soldier Serum was given to the Howling Commandos and Fury himself to slow their aging but I am unsure if they are going with this angle in the modern films.

Considering that Joss Whedon's name is now suddenly attached to the film I would guarantee you a direct Avengers connection.
