I don't know. He's a cool design and unique HT doesn't tend to pass that up. Especially if its within their 2-3 figures per line limit.

You never know. Judging from the Thor line, we may get Tommy Lee Jones before Red Skull!

Well, Odin is a fairly important character but not having Loki yet is puzzling.

I wonder if Cap will be a one hit wonder? Didn't fair well in the HT poll and being a clearly American hero might not bode well for sales overseas. Not unlike HT to miss out on cool characters.

I think there'll also be people who already have IM and Thor and want Cap to create an Avengers set up.
But, overall I think Cap will be cool enough to sell out. He pretty much is one of the biggest and most reconiseable comiccharacters out there I think. He's an icon.

I agree! Don't think there will be any other characters in the film worth making, designwise.

Anyway, I can't wait to see the Cap figure. Especially not after seeing that demo footage of the game in the film thread! I hope he'll kick ass like that in the film as well!

Looks better under the jacket. Maybe its just the mask messing it up.

It supposed to look goofy. It's the government's version of what a superhero should looks like. He supposedly tosses the mask for a helmet within the sequence. I would imagine an HT figure would have two heads and the jacket.
