The Matrix 4 sculpt looks pretty much like a variation of the Silverhand sculpt but with a neck and a different hair piece.

The new John Wick 4 sculpt has a much stronger likeness.

I've never shared this with anyone but years ago I got a 3D file of Keanu's head scan through some connections in the industry. I was hoping it could've been turned into a 1/6 sculpt that could fit the Silverhand body and came with an extra neck piece for John Wick customs, but sadly the idea never materialized.

I'd love if it happened too but it probably never will. There's not really a lot of demand of third party Keanu head sculpts and a lot of purists would not replace their Hot Toys sculpt with a "bootleg" anyway. It pains to have Keanu's literal head in a 3D file and not being able to use it though.
