I've been thinking of picking up 2 sets because you could then have an 'X-wing' Luke, and a 'Luke carrying Yoda on his back (its Yoda, that's how he rolled)'.

With the current set, it would be very easy for HT to make a Dagobah set. Cover up the wounds on the BD Luke and you have Dagobah training Luke. Change the fatigues for an X Wing pilot outfit and you have X Wing Luke. Only question is, what would the weathervane be replaced with? Perhaps his gear from the X Wing?

Actually, no. He expressed that this figure meets his criteria for purchase. But he won't buy it because of the manufacturer. So, he loses, because if not for the fact the Hot Toys produced it, he implies that he would purchase what he considers to be a worthy figure.

I may wait until the prices drop to pick this up. Actually, that's exactly what I'm going to do. I reckon these will be as mass produced as Superman, Jack Sparrow, '89 Bats and the Joker if not more with the Star Wars brand name.

It's nice having two figures for $150 each, but it might be even sweeter to get them at $100 to $110. Even if it turns out to be as bad as Indy in the likeness department, it might be nice set to have at $220 or even $200.

They do happen. I've gotten Hot Toys figures at random for $100 even on a DX figure. Although its by chance, it does happen.

Not really. I don't see how it's inaccurate at all.

The fabric isn't very thick at all. It looks just about right for the Bespin fatigues.

The pockets could do with being a smidge longer [and thus a bit taller] but that's a minor nit.
