when I cancelled mine I stated production delays as the reason and they kindly rolled my $30 NRD over onto another item I had where the payment was coming up.
It was a pleasant surprise.
Use that excuse, DON'T say you don't like the way it looks.

I never had such experience canceling with NRD
Why are you guys fretting about the NRD? If you don't like it send it back. SS even says so on their website.

I deal mostly with Jeff Dean if i have any problems.
Not once have i had a bad experience with them as a whole.
They all go out of their way to help their customers out-a BIG thing in this day and age...especially with retail and its ****ty service!!!
