I'm not worried about SSC's return policy. If this figure sucks, then enough people will be returing it anyway that I won't have to make a major point about it with them. Probably won't be much of a hassle at all.

You have to figure HT made alot of these, especially since the EX is still up for PO on SSC and that almost never happens this far into a figure's release schedule. Plus, the figure's been up forever, so if the EX isn't sold out by now, I expect HT made a ton of them.

Your faith in customer service is your weakness!!!

Living in Australia I'm not going to let it get that far, I'll just wait for the YouTube, in hand reviews then decide. I've already sent SS an E-mail asking if I can swap my NRD to another figure as a back up.

It's too much hassle for me personally to get it in hand then decide I don't want it. My alternate choice is DX joker which I know is quality so it's not much of a big deal for me either way.

Good luck with that.

You don't ask you don't get! Plus I've bought a fair amount of stuff from them without problems.

Either way losing $30 is no big deal to me where as $300 on a turd is. Better than the nightmare of picking up, re-boxing, re-sending, refunding, E-mails back and forth etc etc.

Most of the guy's who I follow on You Tube do very good reviews. In fact I've bought most of my figures off the back of video's and collector reviews. Like someone mentioned , my local store will probably get this anyway in a month or so and I can have a peak.

Instead of cancelling,,couldn't you just ebay it or somthing if you dont like it?

Again, being in Australia buyers are reluctant to buy. Unless your in America the collectibles people are very cautious and probably with good reason. Although with a new figure it's likely I could sell it for what I bought it for.

Again it's a convenience thing. Plus It's not like it'll sell out anytime soon.

Like I said if it looks good when some of you guy's put it up I'll go ahead.

EDIT: Pretty much what Lejuan said.

Pics god damnit!

I've had nothing but the best experience with SSC customer service in the past four years, so I'm not worried at all.

I have had great experience with SSC as well. Any problems I have had they took care of right away. I've only canceled one figure with a $27 NRD and they only charged me $10 (other figures i canceled did not have a NRD).
They also sent me a extra swat vest for my Gordon with no problems last week.

when I cancelled mine I stated production delays as the reason and they kindly rolled my $30 NRD over onto another item I had where the payment was coming up.

It was a pleasant surprise.
