Just for the sake of argument, has it ever been proven that these are, in fact, the prototypes?

It's the first pic we've seen of Luke all year, and they're all standing in front of the production boxes. And even though it's a small pic, the clean Luke doesn't look exactly like the previous pics.

It's also worth noting that it says nothing about these being prototypes in any fine print, which my understanding is that they legally have to if they are.
