Will the mirror back drop fit in a detolf?
After OMG's pics im definately buying this figure. OMG hot toys should hire you for your great pics.

Man I was thinking that too. He really helped out HT when Berserker came out.

I think this one will fit in a detolf,the backdrop for EB's Fist of Fury does.

Based on quality/paintjob HT's are better,but the likeness is still better on EB's ETD Version A/Nokia GOD,Kato and Fist of Fury.

But who cares,we are getting awesome Bruce Lee figures from both companies!

If that comparison of the new figure with the Enterbay version isn't photoshopped, it appears the Hot Toys body will be the same height as the Enterbay....slightly shorter than a standard TT.

Where's that fingers-crossed smiley?

Well I think the DX likeness is much better in that comparison, but I think it's more fair to have it compared to the version B figure

Facts are I could never afford this figure, so I am so excited I will finally be getting a Bruce Lee based on ETD

Exellent. Your pictures have reinforced my desire to have this figure. One thing though, I wish the moving eyes were like Enyerbay's. I noticed the eyes on the regular sculpt are just slightly missaligned.

Yeah, those damn googly eyes rarely seem to line up right in PERS heads. That's one of the main reasons I like painted eyes better.

I doubt that's gonna fit in a detolf. Looks similar in height to Corleone's backdrop, which is too tall to fit.

That dude that listed it for over 500$ is nuts...He lost track of his orders before and i lost 300$ because he refused i had an order.Sad part is,it was a pre-order for 3 months and Paypal doesn't cover you after a month,don't know about now but back then they didn't.His feedback is good so i must have been extremly unlucky.

I really hate when people drive up the price like this,it makes other sellers do the same thing and in the end that's the only price you will be able to get it for.

Cant you just print the screen of the paypal transaction, along with the auction you won? Im sure you can still access it if it was 3 months ago. You can ask ebay live rep to help you out.

Guess there is only a few of us here actually willing to see that HT first attempt at a BL kinda falls flat.

I will be getting the Smiling Bruce for as my first BL instead.

Are we even looking at the same figure guys? To me, it looks like HT never did any changes to the sculpt at all. It looks exactly like the same sculpt on the proto pics.

To be honest, I am disappointed. After months of assuring us that the headsculpts are not final, they gave us the same old headsculpt.

they did fine tune it. but I agree, the likeness isnt close enough. Arnie's the master of Bruce Lee sculpts.

"Older crap" always looks poor compared to today's standards don't they?

Compare HT's figures with EB's at the same time EB's Bruce Lee figures were released.Quality has changed over the years and i remember at one point when EB released their first figure of GOD which looks pretty dumb compared to what we see today,but that figure really impressed me compared to what HT released at the time.
