Sell what you have and buy a DX complete set while you can still find them priced nice by fellow Freaks :rock

It's my first ever 1/6 scale Hot Toy (even though it's only a partial set), so I've grown fond of the feetless figure :D

I hear ya, but you should really consider parting him out for the $ in my opinion. Right now people are buying parts for him like hot cakes, and at the same time you can find a DX complete anywhere from 225-300 in the for sale section.

If you wait too long you will regret it, just look at the going rates for all the other Bruce 1/6's as a barometer, and most aren't nearly as good.

Good luck either way, and welcome to the Bruce Lee addiction....er fan club :D

Ah well, chalk it up to experience, we live and learn... :slap :gah: :thud:

:exactly: I've now learned it's best to buy brand new & buy early. I started this hobby too late. Blade II, T800, Batman, Leonidas :( The prices on those :medic

Until Jack Sparrow comes out for comparison Bruce is easily my favorite figure this year....and the sad thing is that I didn't even consider buying him until I saw in-hand pictures of him.

By the way that Donnie Yen link in your sig is full of WIN. However, not having the Yen 10 man fight scene from the first IP man makes me a little sad inside :lol The finale fight was equally as good :D

Picked this up last night at Forbidden Planet in NYC for $189!!! They still have a few in stock if you're in the area.

What's the best version of the GOD suit on eBay in terms of fit & quality? I've seen some pretty shabby ones on the thread and the EB is probably the nicest but surely there must be that one seller with the best alternative?

My suggestion is that you should not go for the one with a too light yellow fabric that almost appear shiny and a too broad collar/neck... No offence to those who think it is nice, but to me it does not look good, nor is it accurate. Some custom suits I have seen also seem either too tight or too loose... I am a little uncertain yet about the new Enterbay GOD suit which is sold on eBay right now as the neck seems a bit too wide, but the Nokia GOD suit and the very first GOD suit from Enterbay where perfect in my opinion. I also think it looks better when the arms of the suit are not fully long, but only 3/4 long so it does not make a big bulk of fabric on the upper arms. By the way, Bruce loved to show his forearms - so your figure has to show those forearms...

Here is what I mean about the too broad collar/neck (or is the expression "too high neck collar" ?):

Thanks, but I dont think anyone wants to part with their EB suit which is why I'm looking for an alternative.

There'll be a few being parted out once the GoD is released.

lol perhaps, but just for you, i'll let you have one of my spares, but you have to pay for the shipping cost. :)

I totally would, but soon I will have to put them both on one base due to lack of space. Thanks for the offer!:wave

Yeah Ip Man is one of my favorite movies with Donnie Yen. The end fight in Flashpoint with Colin Chou is also one of my favorites.

just got my EtD dx and omgaaaaaaaaaaaaah. figure of the year so far for sure. t-800 was all kinds of awesome but this set is just amazing. from the box and packaging, to the different bodies, headsculpts, hands, outfits, etc., etc...just an experience from start to finish.
