It is a new sculpt! Just as Supes is a new sculpt; Inferior to any of Trevor's but improved! And I'm sur that upcoming pics will prove this to b right and great. Here the pic is fugly and doesn't even show the quality of the paintjob!

Not trying to start something, or single you out Irish (as a lot of folks have also said this), but I don't understand this attitude. What good will closing this thread do? Someone will just start another thread. Better to keep the madness quarantined in one thread, that can easily be avoided by those who don't care for it, then to have it spread like a virus all over the forums.

The key, the problem is when people get into this thread to comment about something they do not have any interest, I mean, do trolling. These threads should be for real Indyfans, for those who can contribute, make constructive criticism. The the appellants and empty "off topics" and the stupid meanderings can lead to another thread where the trolls feel more comfortable IMO

I was never convinced that this supposed mid-October release date would be a reality. SS's email just seemed silly. I think we all know enough about HT and the flow of their releases to understand that their figures are all released in HK first, and a month later arrive in North America. That being said, even a November ship date from SS seems far too optimistic.

Well we'll know in just a couple days.

Seems like pics have begun to flow today. I expect more soon. ABC Express says the figure will be to them on the 17th. Same date SS said. Can't say I find it impossible to believe that HT for some unknown reason coordinated their shipping so everyone hand it in hand at the same date. Perhaps something new they're trying out. Perhaps unique to this figure. We'll see.......

On other threads like the new batman exclusive...we heard from SSC reps on this forum regarding preorder dates etc...yet no one from SSC has said anything on this thread about shipping dates...when I spoke to the rep on the phone he said that he thinks it's funny that other websites are advertising that they'll have this figure on the 17th because SSC distributes to them...he said that they are still waiting on HT to tell them what's up with this release.

Sideshow does not distribute to ABC Express in HK, yet ABC said they will have it in hand on the 17th, so that date has come up in several ways.

Maybe the asian delivery is the 17th of this month and the Sideshow date will end up being a month from now. Sideshow is notorious for not giving much info out and a lot of times what they say isn't what ends up happening.

Just a couple more days to know for sure. Muh-hahahhahahha!

I've talked to sideshow a couple times since they said they'd get it on the 17th, and everytime they've told me that it's the correct date.
They even have a weight for the figure, I know because I changed my shipping around.
Anything could happen, I guess, but I'm pretty convinced that it'll start charging on the 17th.

I also believe the date to be the 17th for the big unveiling all around the world.

But at this point, since I don't have this on order, it doesn't really matter to me.

All I care about is seeing a good in-hand picture so I can make the ultimate decision: order OR let it be
