Though I'd wager they probably thought we can get away with going non DX and just doing a superman head and suit and charging the fools $210. Why waste time and cost on developing a CK version.
Now that they know what a hot seller he is, they'll surely double dip with a DX at some point that gives us a CK version.
Yeah, sorry, didn't mean to derail the thread. But, to add one more thing to the conversation: Clark Kent's look is pretty generic, and you can most definitely kit bash his clothes from Ebay, and just place them over the Superman costume. I don't really think that CK clothing from Hot Toys would be worth an additional price... at least not to me.
As for what Hot Toys will do is anyone's guess. People are always speculating about Hot Toys making DX versions of their regular releases, but a lot of those guesses are often wrong. So, with that said, now is probably the best time to pick up this figure, instead of getting your hopes up for something that may or may not happen.
