Because given the issues Hot Toys has had with rubber in the past, I am SOOO thankful they went with some sort of vinyl/plastic/semi-rubber mix.

And yet, somehow, they managed to make the Batman begins cowls on both the OC and the Toy Con figures not look plastic. You don't have to actually make the thing out of rubber to have it look rubbery. It's all about the finish. This seems so simple to me...

Both of those are awesome. Like he just raised his cape and lowered them. That was the intent, I'm sure.

Yup. However, I originally had something else in mind for the lowered wings pose. Still working on that...

Looks great! I much prefer the closed mouth to the other two which look a little "derpy" to me...

That's who I got mine from, ordered it last Tuesday, he shipped it on Wednesday, arrived yesterday. No custom charges either (although it was held up in customs for 2 days)

Yes, I had my extra HS sculpt w/ extra mouth pieces arrive yesterday, my second Batman should arrive whenever SSC gets the 2nd run. I knew there was a gamble to take, but I love challenges and am very pleased with the process. This is such a great piece to work with!
