Isn't this actually the second reported incident of oil on this figure? I remember someone mentioned this issue in the main DX09 thread, and someone made that same joke that it was drool.

That's what we are trying to figure out. This is the only known reported incident where oil has shown up on the figure

I tend to think it was from manufacturing. It was oily to the touch, a little sticky to wipe off (or in) and it didn't come back yet. Fingers crossed.

That said, have you tried that pose? "Flattening" the cape is much easier said then done. Besides I only put him in that pose long enough to take that picture. It's not one of my favorite poses.

almost twice as much, but you make a good point. It might be worth it.


Id like to have one to keep mint, while I futz the heck out of the other one without worrying about wrecking the wires. I also have a mod in mind to make cape-down poses look better...
