I'm sorry I have play a little bit with your pic because I didn't had mine yet :(

I hope that you don't mind! I can delete it if you want :)

Along with everyone else in the second half of this order split, I'm not expecting to get my Bats for at least another month, so I ended up buying a second one on eBay from a Hong Kong seller yesterday. He's advertising he had eight brand new, factory sealed DX09s with the bonus Batman shopping bag. Weird thing is, he e-mails me saying he's recently had returns of defective DX09s (he's sold 64 based on the sale page stats) and asks me if I mind him opening it up to inspect it before shipping to avoid a possible return/exchange. I politely replied that I'll be expecting, as advertised, a brand new factory sealed figure and if that's not possible, he'd have to cancel the sale and refund me. Anyway, he e-mailed back right away and said no problem, he'll be sending a factory sealed figure.

I thought it was strange. Perhaps he's fixed one of the returned figures with spare parts, and is trying to unload an opened figure?? I'd be none the wiser since I ok'd the open box inspection.

He has 100% positive reviews....not even a neutral in 12 months and for what it's worth he has the eBay "Top Seller" designation.

Anyone experience anything similar dealing with these HK dealers?

If you don't mine me asking, what's the seller's ebay handle? I'd be interested in contacting him to see if is interested in parting those returns out.

Awesome, everything works in this version. Composition of the shot can have as much impact as anything else.

Love it! :clap Interesting how it looks like you took the picture now. Do you do a lot of post work?

However, I like the "warm portrait" feel of the original. And the only problem with making it cooler in post is that some necessary red tones disappear. For example the eye-lid detail.

I haven't had time to catch up but I think you're right. We never saw them in the movie? I don't ever recall them but I do remember the glass breaking sound. Since they have clear parts.

Yep. That's what I was thinking of.

Bravo Mags! The shadow is perfect. I always look forward to your and Maulfan's pics. I dont wanna piss anyone off here but I gotta ask, What kind of camera do you have? My wife and I are in the market for one. My other camera broke so that's why I haven't really been uploading any pics lately.

Thank you.

I bought a Canon DSLR. That picture was taken with the kit lens (the one that comes with it).

Decided to upload a high-res version:

starting to regret having not bought this. this is my absolute favorite version of Batman there is (from my favorite batman movie) but I never bought it because I think $260 is just too much for any figure. the only figure I'd probably buy for that much is a 1/6 Hulk because at least he would be gigantic so it would make sense.

$260.00? I ordered it for $220.00 from Fanboy Collectibles.

I had mine pre-ordered at fanboy too , also for $220 , but then you have to pay for shipping , which is almost $20 bucks (8lb box)

so i paid $260 for mine , no big deal for me spending an extra $20 to get this badass now instead of th ened of March , well worth the extra $20 IMO

They don't really get screen time, he throws down very quickly to escape Axis and that's the only time the smoke is used in the movie. Of the gadgets not really seen in the movie, the stars are the only ones I'm glad weren't used or seen. I feel like the rest of his weapons are about a passive approach to situations, but sharp throwing stars are more aggressive and certainly going to harm people more.=

So much awesomeness on that shelf! Damn. :rock

Thanks, dude! :rock

Wicked ass cool stuff.... that's a dream shelf right there. And your Bob fits right in, looks HT quality.

So what are you gonna do with that Joker? Make him the museum version?

Thanks! I can't wait til I have time to finish another Bob or two.

Joker? I made a copy of the sculpt and I planned to turn that into a museum Joker but now I'm kicking around the idea of just selling him.
