Definitely have to have come into it as a kid to not cringe when you watch it. I remember enjoying it too, but at the same time realizing that Batman's cool factor in the movies had ended.

I think in B&R there were a total of 500 grapnel saves, hell, even the grapnel had its own grapnel save.

Grappling is like wrestling but isn't it called a 'grappling hook'? I've always been confused on this point.

EDIT: I looked it up -- it is grapnel, a grapnel hook, like a little anchor.
