I have never and probably never will buy directly from sideshow, way to many headaches it looks like. Id rather buy the figure and get it right away, don't have a problem paying a little extra.

There preordering sounds bad, not even deducting the money you put down from the total?! Man thats bad!

I usually order elsewhere just because I can usually find it a little cheaper but when I did it was a very positive experience. It's not a myth about their customer service either, they rock! I've always ever heard good things about them.

Well, if they have enough to put in onsale on the site on the 23rd, I'll cancel my BBTS order and get it from SS directly. If SS gets them in on the 23rd, BBTS won't ship them out until April...

BAHAHAHAHAHAHA! I don't know what it is but when I saw this, I started killing myself laughing.

I've had no problems whatsoever with sideshow and shipping. The only reason I went with Toys2 for my batman is that they are $20 cheaper then SSC and no duty, but it's taking forever to receive him. They said they "should" have him shipped out to me mid march, but for all I know I could be waiting till mid April to get him. I guess time will tell.

Dramatic Batman found no toy at the bottom of the cereal box.

I've always had no problem with shipping or payments with SSC. Keaton batman is my first purchase through toys2 because they're $20 cheaper then sideshow and no duty so I'm saving like $40. The only thing I'm not enjoying is the wait. They said they "should" have it shipped by mid march but should do and actually will are often not the case so I could be looking at mid to late April for mine.
