I Guess you could put poles in each one of the seems of cape to enhance the wing's on this one or make a longer one, but i just cant get enough of the cape design on this one is amazing...the wire futzes the cape into sweet designs perfectly....

I was watching the Batman blu-ray in HD the other night and I realized when he was beaten the blood was more shiny when he talked , so I decided to tweek the mouth pieces. I added some more sweat and varnished it a bit to make it stick out more.

Yeah... I have to admit. My excitement for this figure has died waaaaaaay down.

Well tbh I always thought it was coming out in March anyway. So having it in people's hands a month early and a million pictures later by guyver, maglor, maulfan, and your uncle bob kind of lessens the impact a bit.

Hence I just don't follow the threads the same. I've been there as well. You see that many photos it feels like you've owned the figure already. When it arrives it feels like everyone told you the plot of the film before you've seen it. Same reason I missed Maglor's descriptive posts.

Not that I'm condemning people posting photos. I'm not, but if you want things to stay fresh and exciting, you have to stay away from the threads.

I tried to stay out, but I wanted to know of any QC issues to look out for, mods or fixes to make the figure better, etc. I like to make sure I've absorbed everything there is to know about a figure I'm buying.

I don't own any figures I sold off everything a long time ago. The only 2 figures I will have will be batman 89 and joker 89. The fabric has texture as it is a higher end fabric called Mole skin. It looks like leather is thin but quite heavy unlike a lot of other fabric I have come across where the cape would just flare outwards.

I'm still amped for this figure! Mostly because mine hasn't shipped yet, but also because it's been #1 on my 1:6 Wishlist for years.

As good as this figure looks I have a feeling that Returns Batman will be full on “bells & whistles” (Keaton Headsculpt, background). HT will have to put their best efforts into “Returns” figure to convince 89 owners to spend another couple hundred for another Batman.

I love the winter vibe of Returns!!!

Wow... I wasn't expecting this until mid March... but now its only reaching Sideshow by the end of March.... means by the time its sorted and sent to your retailer, and they sort and ship out to you... you're looking at 2 weeks into April... Tax time! Not well planned.

And wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeere is the Joker? He's at home, 2 months away.
