You are not going to be able to see the improvement by comparing 1/6 scale replicas of black rubber suits. The new suits are undoubtedly more comfortable, and allow a greater range of motion. Also Christian Bale was likely able to take a dump without having to sit on a toilet all day in front of a camera.

Also, my first DX figure. The PERS was so stiff out of the box that I was sure that I was going to break it, but with just small movements it did loosen up.

Visual improvement I mean. I don't care too much for the actor's comfort level; they earn enough to suffer for their craft. I mean the 'leap' that went from the Adam West Batman to the Keaton Batman -- very dramatic change in outfit style... while the next 20 year leap didn't vary the overall style too much. It's still an armored wetsuit of sorts.

I think he was referring to how they look in terms of a moulded, armoured, black suit. The design over 23 years has remained very similar and so has the look; nothing to do with comfort or manoeuvrability.

I'm getting mine today and am sorta fearing the worst after seeing Wor-Gar's flawless one.

Bad PERS door, broken nose tip, broken gauntlet fins, box thrown into the truck crushed with tire marks, rain damage, leaky abs, bent cowl ear, beer belly, cowl scrapes, base won't light up, PERS cross-eyed or broken toggle, ah, the list goes on.

After working myself up with anticipated flaws, at this point I'll settle with a badly seated PERS door.

I ordered my Bats via SSC but it's on flexpay. I don't even make the first payment until the 20th, so it is likely I won't even have my bats until June.

There should be holes on the sides for the poles, does yours not have any?
