I placed my order for the EX - interesting how SSC is doing a $10 domestic flat rate - if that is a new trend that will continue with them, it'll make ordering direct a little more inciting for me. $310 shipped for a figure, with awesome statue piece is a little high to me - by about $50; given its scheduled for June 2013, I'll deal with the cost. If this is gonna be the new price for a DX, I'll be pretty much priced out of this hobby very very very soon

Ive been "serious" collecting since i was 8. I used to go to school with my dinner money and come back with it and hide it away so i could save up
I didnt sell anything until i was about 19 and i sold a few grands worth of Sentai and Kamen Rider stuff, then i moved onto medicom, then onto sideshow and Hot Toys and at the age of 27 my idea of a good day is getting an awesome toy!

BBTS has it up for pre -order and I gotta say I'm disappointed in their price, a first for me. They have it at $299, only $5 off SS's price without the Exclusive t-1000 head. It also says that's off a list price of $314 not $304, so I wonder if they'll drop $10 off at a later date.
I may actaully have to go with SS on this one, even though I don't really see me needing the exclusive.
Anyone know if they've said if the exclusive head will fit on the earlier t-1000 figure, then I might use it.

Selfishly I am OK with no further Terminator announcements until 2014. At least not beyond what we already know about that still hasn't been shown - the HT 1:4 Police Shootout and Enterbay's Endoskeleton.

I think if you can stand saving your money and avoiding other unnecessary purchases teenagers make, starting young isn't bad at all. Assuming you do it right, you can use this period of time as a test-run to see what you're interested in and what you're not. Then when you get a place of your own, you'll already know what's out there and what you'd like to dec it out with.
Someone's going to turn that paragraph into a sex joke, I just know it.
I like that it comes with a lot of stuff, hopefully enterbay takes note in regards to a few things (no need for a giant chome blob-man though), but the headsculpts look...off, too young maybe? Gonna have to go enterbay again i think.

I bought my first figure (1/4 EB T-800) last year, I'm good at not spending anything, I never really spend my money. I'm a cheapskate! I'd rather have a few overpriced dolls than loads of random crap in my room

I am 36 years old so I am not interested in the new genre figures! Aliens, Predators, Jason, Freddy, Myers, Rambo, Rocky, Terminator and the old school universal monsters bother me only. Lastly I love Batman and everything about him Soooo much line, crap

Yeaaaaahhhhhh... if you're spending that much money on yourself (pricey action figures and such), a little something-something for that special someone is kind of a given. Plan for that.

For me, Robocop (Robocop, ED-209), Batman Returns (Batman, Penguin, Catwoman) some Terminator 1 (pending Hot Toys making 1/6 Police Shootout, a new 1/6 Endo and Reese) and I'm going to try and quit this ****.

Oh dear. I can think of 5 I'd love to display, maybe I could reduce it to 4.
1) punching liquid metal T-1000 (too cool an accessory not to use)
2) my sig pose with the PERS utilised to great effect
3) mid-stage battle damage when he cuts T-1000 in half (semi BD face and destroyed hand
4) Crawling full BD
5) SWAT shootout
Since 1 and 2 are all the exact same ingredients and only a few moments apart in the film I might just alternate one figure between them.
The Enterbay version would be my normal standing version of the full BD look.
Thats a ****ing fortune right there. But I just know I won't be satisfied with one or even two of this figure. I hate having to switch between equally cool and awesome looks/poses.
