Has anyone ever had this problem? I went to switch out the head and the entire plug that's inside the the rubber neck started to come out. I stopped where I was and pushed the plug back in but still managed to get the head off. Do you think the plug has come disconnected from the plastic structure underneath?

While pluging the head out, try to tilt it sideways, that ways it less likely to pull the plug and only have the ball pop out from under the head... But to be honest it should not happen...

I don`t know for $300+ action figure I expect it to come in one piece.

I`d ask about a replacement.

$15 toy from TRU sure I`ll glue it but I expect a lot better from a $315 purchase to be honest.

I thot he bought from a fellow freak, so i said he can let it go, if he bought from a store he should surely ask for a replacement.

Cheers!

There should be another plug at the base of that neck mechanism. It's likely to have just came out but there could be a cracked plug too. Similar to the first night out Bruce Wayne Batman feet plugs.

This is why I asked. I've had several of these rubber Arnie bodies by now and few other different muscle bodies but never had the internal plug come out. I think I'm just going to pop it out and see what's going on in there, make sure it isn't broken. Is it easy to get back in once out?

Just blast it with heat when putting it back in. One of my TTM20 bodies has that problem, but the plug is fine. Just not to snug.

The same thing happened to one of my DX 10 Fiend.

That connector piece popped out with the headsculpt and was permanently attached to the ball joint. It'll snap back into the ball joint inside the true type body, but every time I would try to take off the head, the connector would come off with it. I even had one from TA where the connector itself popped out and was cracked. It's like the connector piece and head joint were too tight. It'll be a ***** for you, because obviously you'll want to swap heads from time to time.

I had the same issue, so what i do is while popping the head out i do it sideways, that ways the sheer stress cause the neck ball to come out of the socket rather than pull the socket all out. Same dx10 figure. Just be careful, but it works for me.

i would recommend you to never swap heads at all.
one of mine had broken - the ball on the bottom just broke off. i had to purchase a new head.
p.s. is this the metal scull with orange juice removed? i remember you were the first to do it, or do i mistake?

Let us know if that works:pray:

Okay so I pushed down on the right leg as hard as I could. I didn't feel anything move or snap back into place. I also messed with the left leg. I pulled that one a little bit and it extended an extremely small bit. Anyway, I put the ankle pegs and boots back on and everything seems to be fine now. I'm not getting any more leaning on the figure so thanks for the advice guys! Something worked.

Couple of crap quality shots for no particular reason:monkey1

I just opened this guy today and I have to say. WOW. :clap Great jop hot toys. This might be figure of the year for me. The sculpt is beyond amazing. I love the blood and chest battle damage. I new hot toys would prevail with this figure. Normally i think of some of the latest predators that have been released, when I think of good sculpts but this guy is just beyond words. It has great likeness. Unfortunately because of moving, I am unable to display him :monkey2

Those are some great shots Skull, and I love the pose and the head position. Is that launcher accurate?

Thanks man but its become painfully obvious I need to upgrade to a real camera:lol

The Launcher is not 100% accurate but fairly close, I've not seen a completely accurate one to the movie version in sixth scale yet, missed opertunity on hot toys part there:nono

You may upgrade that cam, but I think those shots are great,,,I like the grain in them...gives them a cool look.

Mine'll be here next week...all these great shots are keeping me...stoked....keep 'em coming, please!

Nice job digging that launcher out of your stuff :clap Love the pics Skull :hi5:

Thanks, thats the benefit of collecting 1/6 for over 20 years, never know what you might just have:panic:

Thanks, I can actually get better quality pics than that, I just rushed those pics out of laziness, but I could use an upgrade in the camera department for sure.

The plug has come out on my DX10 a few times. If I grip the neck a bit to hold it in place, it's okay.
