Ok that's not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. Maybe I'll just bite the bullet. Thanks for the info badmutha.

^^^^ Mine might've been. Looks like it was tampered with before. No one responded to my earlier post but I'm guessing there were some like that then?

I'll bump mine up again. Some pics show the creases I was talking about:

I have not tried to bash a T-1000 yet with the chrome head, That was my original plan for it.
This is my favourite pose with the T-1000 fig:

Reminds me of one of the killer cops in Magnum Force, looking like that.

I feel like mine might've been taken out of the box, but I'm not sure. A similar occurrence I had was with DX10, which had the chip and another part already in his head, and some other pieces seem like they've been handled before, but I purchased it really late during those times when one would pop up after being SOLD OUT for a day or two, so I figured it was one that was returned or something. Nevertheless, the flap on the box was partially ripped but I've seen that before. The cardboard outlining the figure and covering the hands had a crease on the top middle. Usually that happens when taking it out to see what's underneath, so I thought it was weird that it was creased already. And finally the T-1000 has some prints on it. Regardless, it is a really nice figure and I'm not going to bother exchanging it since it's EX.

Just curious, did anyone else have this issue?

Aside from the prints on the statue (and those could be from the factory) my box has the bends and damage in the folds (and I got mine pretty much day 1). Really think the box was not made very well, to be honest. Many of the unboxing photos I've seen show some damage to the box like in your pics.

Oh ok, I wasn't sure. Thanks for the reply! I did think it was pretty early to get a returned item, and I've seen the box flap damage before on a sealed shipper figure, but the crease on the inside and the prints seemed suspicious.

Mine has that exact same crease on the cardboard insert right above Arnies head. I wonder how many others have that same one.

Mine has it, I just assumed I did it but didn't recall when it happened

Interesting, so I guess it was just poor packaging.

I really want a second one to use the second sculpt and other accessories but funds are really tight right now. Would it be just as costly to purchase the DX13 body, shirt, pants, and boots separately on the eBay?

It's too bad that the Endo arm from the MMS version want fit on the DX13. The full Battle Damaged look with the complete exposed Endo arm (un-damaged) might look pretty cool.

E.Bay is brutal, from what I've seen. For those prices, I would just pick up a second figure. If you keep it for a few months and let Toy Anxiety's supply run out, you should be able to sell off quite a bit of your extras a-la-carte and make some of that $315.00 back. I thought about doing it, myself, but think I will either replace DX-10's head with the semi-BD head and semi-damaged jacket or buy a second DX-10 down the road.

those creases are pretty common. I guess these are packed manually, so i would assume if some packer dint care, it's very likely that creases happen and also some finger prints may show up... I have never ever checked for finger prints on any figure, i mean unless they are glaringly obvious. But are there any other flaws?

Other than those, everything seems fine. No broken or missing parts. There were definitely smudges on the T-1000, I should've taken pics but I was disgusted that I wiped it already, haha. This didn't come with any plastics wrapped around the arms or legs or head right?

I was a bit concerned only because my DX10 seemed to have been owned before, and returned most likely. Bear in mind, I did purchase it extremely late, maybe around this late spring/summer, when it popped up on SSC's website. The pieces that would go in his head, the computer chip and core, were already in the figure's head. The plastic encasing did not have them in there, so I figured someone had put it in the head and left it there when returning it. There were some other things that seemed off about it being brand new MiB figure as well, but I do not recall at the moment. The figure also felt like it had been posed around before.

But it seems that this occurrence with the DX13 happened to a few people so it's probably poor packaging. Nothing as bad as the DX10 I got, and even that wasn't very problematic, just that I was expecting a brand. new figure and not one that was handled and returned by a previous owner, but it's understandable I guess.

That's a good idea. I'm not very experienced in selling things though. Would I be able to find some help on here with regards to prices? If I purchased a 2nd one, I would want to sell the heads, the accessories, the T-1000, and the jackets.
