Not that's too bad actually. What about shipping?
It cost me $35 since I got the $10 packout option.

Ok that's not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. Maybe I'll just bite the bullet. Thanks for the info badmutha.
Mine has it, I just assumed I did it but didn't recall when it happenedMine has that exact same crease on the cardboard insert right above Arnies head. I wonder how many others have that same one.

E.Bay is brutal, from what I've seen. For those prices, I would just pick up a second figure. If you keep it for a few months and let Toy Anxiety's supply run out, you should be able to sell off quite a bit of your extras a-la-carte and make some of that $315.00 back. I thought about doing it, myself, but think I will either replace DX-10's head with the semi-BD head and semi-damaged jacket or buy a second DX-10 down the road.Interesting, so I guess it was just poor packaging.
I really want a second one to use the second sculpt and other accessories but funds are really tight right now. Would it be just as costly to purchase the DX13 body, shirt, pants, and boots separately on the eBay?
That would look cool. It's too bad that the Endo arm from the MMS version want fit on the DX13. The full Battle Damaged look with the complete exposed Endo arm (un-damaged) might look pretty cool.
I feel like mine might've been taken out of the box, but I'm not sure. A similar occurrence I had was with DX10, which had the chip and another part already in his head, and some other pieces seem like they've been handled before, but I purchased it really late during those times when one would pop up after being SOLD OUT for a day or two, so I figured it was one that was returned or something. Nevertheless, the flap on the box was partially ripped but I've seen that before. The cardboard outlining the figure and covering the hands had a crease on the top middle. Usually that happens when taking it out to see what's underneath, so I thought it was weird that it was creased already. And finally the T-1000 has some prints on it. Regardless, it is a really nice figure and I'm not going to bother exchanging it since it's EX.
Just curious, did anyone else have this issue?
Initial un-boxing pics up! More pics with poses coming soon...
