All I know is that Oswald Cobblepot would be a tremendous step up from our resident "mayor." :lol

I was *this close* to pulling the trigger on a rape-y-priced aftermarket '89 Bats...but I honestly like the Returns suit that much better...so I drew a line in the sand. Batman Returns or nothing.

Now my long watch begins.

(This is serious stuff, people.)

:lol :lol I think we all wrote that off long ago. Potted plants with smiley faces is where it's at now.

Aw come on, Im sure hot toys is going to reveal they will be making Catwoman, Penquin and a 1/4 Batman Returns figure. While there is zero evidence of this, im sure they will be out by Q15...:cuckoo:

I'm in the same boat

Yeah... wait, what? What picture?

This one.

That list is also missing Optimus Prime. Therefore that list doesn't mean ****.

As much as I love Burton Bats, if I had to choose because of funds, I'd grab Prime in a heartbeat.

Luckily, I don't have to.

I don't mind Budget Stark, but I have a feeling that list vid was supposed to make up for that HT prices vid - the one that's self-immolating in the general section.

Anthony was trying to explain why HT prices had risen over the past five years. He didn't have exact facts, figures and info and spoke from the position of a layman (let's be honest, he's essentially carrying water for HT) so just about everyone jumped all over him. :lol

That's funny. I watched that video, and was thoroughly unimpressed. But his accent makes it all sound so believable.

I hope he gets invited to whatever HT party it is he's trying to get invited to.

I saw it. Lol.

We are getting raped with prices period. Must suck to be a Marvel or SW diehard fan.

It's a great time to be e Burton fan though! We ain't getting **** until 2019!

Licensing or no licensing, my jaw dropped when I saw Vader. The only Vader they should be charging $300 for is their inevitable ROTJ version with removable helmet and ****. I shudder when I think about what's going to happen once DC's upcoming film slate goes into effect. My mind is hoping the films are awesome, but my wallet's desperately clinging to the hope that they'll all suck.:lol

Just saw the Vader pre order here in the UK,£250. Way too much for one figure. I remember when you could get a hot toys for 110. They may not have been as realistic as they are now but that realism does not warrant a extra 140.
