Hot Toys DX15 - Whats it gonna be

Oh, I figured. I just thought I'd explain where my logic was coming from.

I am curious to know why it's hard to believe? Especially if a new movie is coming out.

Well - a), the DX06 covers the character brilliantly, so another one is needless really - & they see that too I'm sure. Plus b), if I'm not mistaken - around the figure's announcement time, POTC was still enjoying the peak of it's popularity. As Lejuan said, it's time has passed for multiple dips. Sure, the character is great - & it's Depp, but Sparrow has a shorter shelf life than other endearing icons.

That's my perspective anyway.

That makes perfect sense. Out of all the DX's that one seems to be the less iconic out of all the other figures. I know Bale Batman is newer, but there are a lot of people who love that Batman.

-Lucsious Fox Morgan Freeman ( as if that won't be successful, one of the greatest African American actors of all time and all our batman collections need him)
-Marty Mcfly
-Anakin from revenge of sith
-The Riddler (Jim Carey)
-Clint Eastwood!!!!!!! What an amazing figure that would be
- Han Solo
- Mel Gibson Braveheart
- Antonio Banderes in Desparado with his Guitar case full of guns!
Then a sexy Salma Hayek as DX16 to suit Antonio!
And a dx17 Johnny depp once upon a time in Mexico
-django Jamie Foxx
-Ra's Al Ghoul

They're very good. Very expensive too at $430 a set.

HT would do these for 250 tops.

Love Kill Bill, impressed with the Iminime pair, but can't stomach the price tag - and won't shell out over a hundred bucks for Play Toys short-of-the-mark. Looks like no Kill Bill on my shelf. Bugger.

...browse through Wake's posts, he gives a run down in the last few pages of posts. You're looking around $430 for the basic Bride set - ie fabric outfit + sword + body + sculpt + hands + sneakers.

...add on biker outfit +/- helmet for another $300 I think.

It will be a Batman for sure. They always accompanied a Batman and a Joker. My guess would be a Batman Returns or if they go cheap another Keaton Batman from part 1. As long as it is not another Bale Batman (maybe a Batman Begins DX) I am fine. I am really done and satisfied with my 1/6 Nolanverse. Move on Hot Toys!

I'd love it if they did Eastwood's Blondie. It would be the best cowboy figure made. Other than that, I agree with Riddick on that Conan.
