The Hulk is my favourite figure of this year.

To the naked eye he seems like a simple figure, but the engineering is amazing - I love all the hidden ariculation in the neck. HT received a lot of criticism for the cut shoulder joints, but it was a wise decision. In hand they don't seem noticeable and you can tweak them to a snug fit after posing the arms (which many photographers failed to do - leaving an ugly gap).

The sculpt is wonderful, expression spot on and the paint job is absolutely stunning! He also compliments and adds extra interest to any other figure you put next to him. He is so much fun to pose and has a real weight and sturdiness to him.

Yes, Hulk has few accessories - but in order to keep the price down, I really don't mind. Can you believe at the end of 2013 that the RRP $299 seems quite cheap for this figure - WOW!

DX13 T-800 should win in most polls and for good reason. Apart from the price, HT pulled out all stops to make this figure and the package of sorts, something very special. The same could be said for the DX11 Joker, but there's just something about this character and all the HT double dipping that feels 'played out' to me.

What another great year to be a 1/6 scale collector. We can all agree that Hot Toys and the fans are the real winners of 2013!

Can't we just have best 1/6 of the year? For me, its still DX13 but Tamashii Threepio and Blitzway Carlito are right behind him. Those two beat out all other Hot Toys for me.
