I love SE but is it me or does this version from the movie make him look a bit short and stubby? I keep thinking he's wearing a motorcycle helmet or something...it's pretty much the reason holding me back from ordering this.

Ray Park is short and looked stubby indeed in Retaliation, I'm actually amazed at how HT got his proportions from the movie right. And yes, his new "mask" is more of a helmet.

I am yet to unbox my SE and it's been with me for a week. Got excited by the photo above as you can't tell if it's Ray Park or the HT figure

That pic is a shot from the movie.. so yeah it is realistic

I think HT is off on some very minor details, I dont know if I'll keep mine or not, wait and see how roadblock turns out and if theyll do more

After seeing the movie pic, the visor on the hot toys figure looks a bit to high on the head.

I just opened mine up. Does anyone have a loose shoulder pad? Mine on the left is much more loose than the right. They are attached by string? I almost want to send it back since I'm so OCD, but technically there isn't anything wrong with it.

Got my copy yesterday. I'm loving it, looks so badass. I got some minor issues with the clan insignia on this right shoulder (the paint is a bit scratched) and the shoulder pad being a bit loose, but I can live with it.

I ordered him through SS and my order shipped the next day. They have him in stock just haven't changed it. I believe the reason is that he's selling out just like Storm Shadow. Mine will be here tomorrow so if you are debating I would say get him. I know ill be very pleased so watch out for my review on him tomorrow.

Storm shadow carries both at all times... would it kill Snake eyes to carry two sheaths?

Finally had the time to unbox mine last night! Cool figure. Got some minor issues overlooked by the QC including glue spots on some parts, but I can live with that. Had to reinforce all ends of the strings along the abdominals with superglue as well. Left shoulder armor's not as tight as the right, but not a big problem. Like most of you guys, mine's wrist pegs aren't as tight fitting as most HT figures, but it doesn't fall off.

Here's my 2013 Snake Eyes alongside his modernized 1985 counterpart from SSC. I gave the photos some quick photoshop to give it an Alex Maleev/Tim Bradstreet cover feel
