Granted, I haven’t been on these boards for very long but I have frequented many threads. Every thread I have kept up on, there’s several people complaining on something, whether it’s ‘movie accurate’, character likeness, price points, etc.
I come in here and make what I think is a valid concern and I totally get called out on it? ***** baby whining?! I’m not sure if I should be insulted or what.
The $199.99 price point is a valid argument. The recently released Hot Toys Yoda clocked in at the price with a crap load of accessories. All I’m saying is that they could have had Tarkin with a bare bones version and have the chair as an exclusive bonus if you buy the Tarkin/Vader 2-pack.
I make a complaint once. ONCE! Wow.
This is a fun place to visit despite all of these glass houses and a lovely rock garden.

That comment was not directly at you, else you would have been in the reply. The whining about the chair has been since day one. This is a message board and when you write something, it's free game for folks to comment.

Who can complain?

We got Tarkin's PO... without waiting 2 years.

We beat the Anakin thread ROYALLY.

Everyone gets another chance at Vader gloves.

I have a bit of a love-hate thing going with HT right now: love that Tarkin is here, hate that Ripley is lost. But I prefer Tarkin, so my love for HT is renewed.

Don't worry, I rarely post comments either... I write negative stuff, I get blasted. I write positive, I get blasted even more. It's a no-win.

$199.99 might be pushing it, but $204.99 would be possible... Look at last year's Leia, she was pretty bare bones and at $204.99?

Appreciate it, Sebkenobi.

just referring to how often you are going to see HT make multiple versions of the same figure... not specifically just Vader

Awesome !! That's fine with me !

As I posted somewhere else, Im surprised HT don't do it more often. If only to allow people late to the party to pick up some of the classics. Or the perfectionists to get the 2.0 version.

Either way more easy sales for HT and happy customers.
