The teeth is still there but the overall head sculpt looks better. Too hard to tell of course but look like it from that picture.

They look great together regardless and I can't wait to display them with Star Lord. Sad how we have pretty much the entire team released now and Drax has still not been announced.

Hopefully Rocket's sculpt has been tweaked more to peoples' liking. I certainly welcome any improvements but was happy enough with the proto. In regards to his box being too big, looks to me like it was just cheaper for HT to use a standard 12" figure box rather than get a custom one made. Although I have no expectation it's possible, a second, screaming HS for Rocket would put this set over the top (and use up some of that dead space in the box ).

My thoughts exactly. Rocket was my only concern out of the 4 released Guardians due to his head sculpt being off. It looks fantastic now. Well done, Hot Toys!

I can't tell anything for that tiny photo! Nevertheless, I was fine with Rocket from the beginning so I am happy with my original pre order.

Too bad that box is so big, hopefully that doesn't have another $20 on to shipping or something like that.

Know what you mean, ksteezy, in regards to individual boxes but I like when a set like this comes in its own, unique, box. Hopefully they do something cool with it.

Can we presume the boxed set will ship at the same time as the individual ones?

Will be great if these come in soon...but if the dock strike holds up Gamora too long, I wonder if some of us will get Groot and Rocket before her. I ordered from different places so was thinking that there is a possibility this could happen

Oh good. I wasn't so sure because the box isn't shown, but it would have to be different considering it comes with the extra pieces.

I'd actually be surprised if they went ahead and improved the sculpt though. If they did, I have to tip my hat because that's a huge commitment for excellence. Or maybe PO's just weren't as strong as they expected and they had to

It's going to be interesting to see what the lay out looks like inside the box. My money is on all of that dead space being filled with some of that exciting clear plastic.

Oh man.. now my hopes are up too. Apart from Drax, I was pretty disappointed with Rocket's sculpt.

Seeing him person at the toy fairs was more or less the same.

Hope he is improved. His face was too wolf like for my taste.. but I ordered him with Groot anyways.
