I think it looks amazing. This is without doubt the most accurate articulated 12" Iron Man we'll see. I don't see anyone doing any better than HT at this point.

I can see whare everyone is going with this regarding the plus and negatives however lets see whats what when we see better pics. TRUST

that's probably because only hasbro and HT picked up the license. :D and if HT doesn't do better than hasbro then their rep is down the toilet.

Are you saying that HT's doesn't look any better than Hasbro's?

Who could've done better? Medicom? Mini-ironman... or Sideshow...with armor you have to strap on.:lol:lol

I bet someone like NECA could give them a run, at less than half the price to boot. There are also many Japanese companies that do fantastic robotic/mechanical figures. But in the end, I just think HT could have done a better job.

Just because its the best (and only) one out there, doesnt mean an IM fan has to blindly accept it.

But all this discussion is worthless until some better or official images come out.

hmmm, well, I wouldn't mind other companies give it a shot, takara, bandai comes to mind. medicom might not be a bad choice since they have plenty of experience for armor figures, plus RDJ is 5"9, so RAH301 is about right. (not to mention medicom does make special body just for certain figure on occation) ss is kinda of a mix bag, have not seen the new bodies yet so I cant make a opinion on them and I certainly dont want the buck. Somehow I can only see SS doing PF on ironman and not 1/6. If toybiz is still around, I think they would be able to pull off a very decent 1/6 ironman around $20 that can be easily upgraded to HT's quality.

its way better than hasbro's, of course. I was only replying to what you said about no one else doing anything better. with only 2 companies doing ironman and one of them is hasbro, HT better do better. :D

Got ya! I misunderstood what you meant.

hope the eyes light up as well, and they just didnt turn them on in the case

Sideshow might want their own exclusive version.

OF COURSE...

IT'LL BE....STEALTH IRON MAN!

I'd still buy it.

Slightly different angle

Going off of HT's record I think Marks 01-03 and Iron Monger are locks. The Tony Head is almost an invitation to create a Stark figure yourself like they did with Bats but judging from their Military line there is a Terrence Howard likeness just released so we might get a Rhodey as well...
