Pepper is the long shot. HT isn't really big on the female offerings lately save the Expanded Universe Predator female I don't remember what was the last one before that.....especially in the Movie Masterpieces realm.

It was probably Swann from POTC. At least that's the last one I can remember.

I really hope HT does this license some justice. An Iron Monger would be great.

I'd even buy just a regular Stane figure.

I don't really see Pepper being on the radar. They did Swann and Ripley because they are significant action players in their respective franchises. Pepper? Not so much.

I would argue that save her little pirate stint in POTE:AWE that Pepper was much more of an action player than Swann in the grand scheme of things. Especially if you just look at their first outings COTBP and Iron Man, she was a means to an end to get Will and Jack together on screen and nothing more, at least Pepper had a large role in the final sequences of the film with the Arc Reactor.

That being said, I would seriously doubt a Pepper figure at all. People probably wouldn't pay for it from HT and they were teasing a Lois Lane figure for the Superman Returns line that never panned out. Hopefully we can get a good sculptor to do a Paltrow likeness and make one ourselves because Tony just ain't Tony without his girl Friday.

wow, the more of this I see the more I want it, I wasn't impressed at first but these may have just convinced me. and you know they are going to do a BD version of this. I may wait for the BD version of this guy, and the monger will be awesome! you know they're going to do it.... it'll be cool if the suit opened to reveal stan. that would be awesome

First there has to be the official announcement, which we will only hear about via their newsletter. Then scan the ebay merchants, who will have it up about the same time as the newsletter, and they usually have a release date estimate. That's how I work it out. Hot Toys usually just has which quarter they estimate it will be out in. So hang in there, I hope it's some time this week.

The leading thought is that these will be 4th Quarter releases. I have a feeling since the images from the show are all over the place, we'll get an official spec and announcement sheet deliver by week's end...my bets are still by Wednesday.

TDK outfit Batman is coming out in October and the Batpod/mobile in December, so Iron Man could be anywhere inbetween or even after. I'd be highly surprised if he comes out any sooner than October.

That's funny!!

Iron Man is a classic right outta the box, Batman already showed what it could be with Begins and just like Superman Returns it felt lacking. I still prefer Burton's Batman films over the Nolan ones. I have no doubt that Dark Knight will be good, but to me Iron Man will still be better.
