Just because something seems unlikely to you doesn't mean it can't happen.
Like The Snyder Cut itself

Yup I think that is something A LOT of ppl don?t quite understand yet. Snyder isn?t using ANY footage that Whedon shot and it has already been said that about 12mins or less of Synder footage is in the Theatrical cut. At Justice Con he actually said he?d burn his film before using anything from Whedon. He also mentioned the film will be around 4hrs long. So this isn?t some simple extended cut with a few extra minutes and *cut* scenes added back in. This is a whole different movie
I didn’t say it won’t be a different movie, but I don’t know that companies like Hot Toys and other product manufacturers are necessarily going to get behind doing a bunch of new merchandise when the film failed once, and in turn merchandise from it probably didn’t move massive numbers. The film will be different, but there will be a lot of the same ideas and obviously the same characters. I feel like the characters that weren’t in the Whedon cut that will be in the Snyder cut probably won’t have large enough roles to warrant figures, especially when its highly doubtful that anything will happen with them beyond this film. Like I say Superman in the black suit obviously makes sense. The figure is made and just needs the suit colors changed. Totally easy variant versus an entirely new figure. It will be a completely new and different movie, with characters that have not appeared before, not just some re-release of a movie everyone has already seen. Worthy of a new figure line.

That was also from a movie that was much more successful initially in all respects (financially, critical reception, audience reception, commercialization). Might have seemed like a random drop, but it made some sense. Especially because the initial figure was going for decent prices in the aftermarket, and was the only one to not receive an update. They have a random Harvey Dent 2.0, so a black suit might be on the way from 10 years down.

I kinda forgot about Cyborg. Probably would be a good opportunity to release him. It probably will depend on how well the film is received still as he would need quite a bit of unique tooling.Considering Cyborg is meant to be the heart of the film and have a MUCH larger role, I don't think it's too absurd to think HT could end up releasing him since they do already have a prototype of him and it would complete their initial line up. Now Darkseid and Steppenwolf are probably not going to happen since HT hardly EVER actually produces villains even if they're shown at the Cons like Vulture, YellowJacket, Crossbones etc... any of the extra heroes that are rumored to also be in the film I'd wager is also very unlikely.

I doubt we’ll see new characters like Darkseid or even Deathstroke. Also kinda doubt we’ll get Green Lantern or Martian Manhunter (if both are actually in the film and not just Easter eggs or teases).
Someone should tell Howard that Johnny Depp is in it....he plays every part, so we need figures of EVERYTHING.
We all know how much Howard loves the Depp.
Looks like this is about to sell out on sideshow.
