...Back on topic, the fact that HT is actually going to make one of the Lost Hunters... (and Gort, no less), is still something I'm struggling to accept as "really real", but I've just seen the pics, so it's gotta be true!
This just keeps getting better and better. I may be nuts, but "Gort" is one of my favorite Preds of all, and that armour alone makes snagging one of these a no-brainer for me...looks like another easy sale for ABC!
Where have you seen a Hot Toys "Gort" Pred?
The current Hot Toys Lost Hunter is called "Borg".
That comes from a creature that leaves a trail of slime everwhere he goes (or posts)
And body parts that disappear when you poke them.

Actually, I haven't... although I wouldn't mind it if they do make one. I meant to say Borg. I happen to be working on a Gort Pred bash based on an extra P2 Pred and a nosferatoys Gort bio I acquired recently... I just seem to get 'em confused sometimes!

I couldn't agree more, and that's exactly why I hope HT knocks it out clean out of the park with the iconic "roaring head" version of the P1 we all know is coming...one of these days. They've had plenty of practice with P2 and Wolf, and based on the impressive results, I expect that P1 to be the very best of all, period.
Btw, if you still haven't gotten at least one of the optional open mandible variant versions of P2 or the Wolf yet, do yourself a favor and snag one, you will not be disappointed! They're both tons 'o fun to pose and for shooting those movie-like action pics.
I actually just paid for both a BD Pred 2 and a Cleaner Wolf yesterday!

Excellent! I have nothing more to say then, except congratulations! But I'd still like to hear your comments once you have them all assembled and ready to go. And I'd also just like to add that those are probably the two most posable and fun Preds to play around with of the entire bunch so far.

Absolutely! I'm not sure I ciould pick a favorite between the P2 Elder, P2 Reg/BD, and Wolf...but my AVP Pred is definitely in last place
