Yeah I feel the same way. I don't really notice any differences. I suppose this is one of the only times we have really gotten a good look at them in person though so that might artificially make them look different. I'm still not impressed. If anything Snake is looking less appealing to me now than before.

Nah don't buy into that kind of pressure. It is generally unreasonable and in all honesty whether or not the next figures get made will not be affected by whether or not any of the select few people on this forum bought them. Hot Toys is looking at the big numbers. Also, I think they will probably release more regardless of how these two sell. They might not release another Boss though, but I'm sure they will want to do a Raiden from the upcoming game.

Thanks for the insight, unfortunately the release of a Raiden doesn't excite me much. Snake Eater is one of my absolute favourite games ever, so to not have perfect figs is disheartening.

Trust me these aren't going anywhere. The only risky choice is to blow the money on these.

Honestly it just seems like a bad end to buy these. I feel like after a few months, Hot Toys will magically announce some awesome Naked Snake figure with a bunch of camo outfits and then maybe an alternate The Boss with a new headsculpt and her original outfit.

Even if they don't make another Boss, believe me she is going to shelf warm hardcore. I can imagine her going for pretty cheap on the aftermarket.

I've stopped buying figures to support the line, for one it doesn't seem to change anything and second they're not cheap anymore.

I demand we get some more, this is a vast license with so many options and has a huge fanbase.

The sales of these two should'nt be too big of a factor really, after all the Avengers Cap went up for order before the TFA Cap even sold out out, and right now there are two Caps up for order and a third on the way. So they're not basing those figures existence off how well the previous ones sold since none of those three have released

Just wait on both. If you don't like Snake's suit then why waste money on the figure? Even if they never made another one, you know his head sculpt is going to be parted out like crazy because everyone is going to want to do camo customs anyway. As for The Boss, the worst thing that could happen is you wait six months after release, they announce no new variants, and so you buy her for either retail price or below retail.

I'm telling you guys if you have even a slight bit of doubt or are at all hesitant then just wait. These aren't going anywhere.

Well it's pretty given that there will be a camo outfit since they named Snake's outfit "Version." It definitely needs to be Tiger Stripe.

I don't understand all the hate on the Sneaking Suit for Snake. It's just the opposite color as The Boss's and it's a good contrast. It just has a few different things on it's design.

I don't understant too.
I love this uniforme (the second best of game) and by image released by Hot Toys, back in December of 2010, it was obvious that the first figure that would be release with this uniform.
I intend to have this version and Tiger Stripe, if released.
