Possibly, but the headsets are an easy accessory to make. Personally I would prefer a gunner station.

GUNNER STATION! :drool

The gravity on the Falcon was always confusing to me in those scenes. Han clearly climbs straight up to get to the gunner station and as you can see from that shot his back would technically be facing the floor of the Falcon down below. But he sits upright and relaxed in the chair as if the artificial gravity is actually underneath his feet.

I just watched ANH the other day and that still bothers me. Think about Luke also, he'd be facing straight down. They both look directly across each other giving the nice shot thumbs up as well. Could never figure out how that would work except for magic or somehow each area of the MF had it's own gravity.:dunno

And then TFA went one step further. In ESB the Falcon is doing barrel rolls to escape the TIE's while everyone casually sits in the cockpit but when Rey does it it throws BB-8 all over the damn place. :lol

Do I care about the inconsistencies? Nope!

:lol That always confused me as well! It was as if the guns only shot straight up or down from the Falcon. Otherwise, what good is the big window, really? I mean, they just need to see the readout on their monitors to aim, right?

Also, I LOVED in TFA how the vintage screen graphics came up when Finn was using them! It really sold how the Falcon was an antique, outdated piece of junk!

:lol Yeah, I liked that too. The turrets on the toys always rotated a bit so I always assumed the idea was that the turrets could rotate 360 degrees, or mostly that, but it really wasn't very clear. I guess they did a good job of not showing too much if it doesn't make any sense. :)

Yes because if the guns were ever firing at ships directly in front of or behind the Falcon then the cannons would have been perpendicular to those windows and the gunners would never even see them. I was also confused as to why Lando apparently didn't have a gunner crew during the space battle in ROTJ because he only fired at TIE's directly in front of him. If the stations were manned you'd think those TIE's that followed him into the Death Star would have been picked off easily.

This will attract the attention of the high-end "ship" collectors such as those that collected the Master Replicas pieces and the DeAgostini Falcon. Even if they don't collect 1/6th scale figures, the cockpit itself, well detailed and lit up will "call to them..."

In my case, I subscribe to the DeAgostini Falcon and having the cockpit displayed near it will make for an amazing display.

As far as cost goes, I previously mentioned that my guess would be around the $800 dollar amount (MSRP). I would obviously want to pay less but based on the latest "big item" releases from Hot Toys, that's my guess. It's a significant amount for sure.

It'll definitely cost more than the DeLorean, so no less than $1000 & I'm perfectly okay with that price.

Well, I certainly hope we have a Han Bespin and Leia Hoth coming from HT. Those would make this a must-buy for me.

Hoping we will see an Empire Strikes Back lineup soon but since they went for ROTJ Fett they may skip it and go straight to Jedi figures. Which is fine with me as long as they go back for them.

You just want to recreate all their bickering. Personally I want it with the ANH figures so I can have Luke in the "What's that flashing???!!!" pose right before Han swats his hand out of the way. He was close to just punching him in the face at that point.

Didn't you bash one with the extra stuff that came with hoth? Seems like everybody did that.

Yeah this one's mine but he's more a freebie placeholder until HT does theirs.

The headsculpt has a few issues - the Tan Solo thing probably is the key issue, and the apps aren't very lifelike, so I'm not sure I'd make this guy the centerpiece of a $1000 display like the cockpit.

The way HT did ANH Leia makes me really excited for a Hoth and slave Leia.

Juan Solo :lol

Thanks. I think.:lol

The lower pic probably shows the skintone more accurately though. It's frustrating and a bit like the SSC Luke X vs. HT Luke thing - I see more Han Solo in the SSC portrait than the HT portrait, but the apps/finish on the HT are stellar. So you have a choice of so-so likness but lifelike or better likeness and sub-par paint.

Nice pics despite its flaws. I bashed one too and I also used the extra luke head with the old sideshow jedi costume and pulled the hood up. I have those 2 displayed together and like luke better because the hood shadows his face. I could maybe see bashed han piloting the falcon with his head looking down at the controls and the window lid covering the cockpit. IDK. I haven't even bothered trying to place a headset on the hoth head but doubt that would work. I wouldn't display bashed han outside the cockpit either.

If hot toys does slave Leia I hope they make her without unsightly joints. That goes for dagobah luke too.

C'mon mr. Chan, if you think a life size puffy ben affleck is marketable surely this falcon is also?
