The arms of my Wolverine are VERY stiff. As in no articulation at all. I put a significant amount of force into them and they wouldn't move. I stopped thinking I would snap them off. Any suggestions? Is this normal?

Custo, heat it for a little bit with a hair dryer and go back in forth until it's loosen up.
