I've purchased Jack Sparrow and DX Joker through them and it was all legit. They have free shipping 'til the 6th.

I've been back and forth for a long time whether to buy Wolverine or not. He is one of my favorite characters but the likeness is just not there for me. I hope that Version2 will bear a stronger resemblance to Hugh Jackman.

Apparently Kojun wasn't too happy with 1.0, and is hinting 2.0 is his pet project for 2012!

I hope the price isn't too crazy...if it's not too bad, I'll get it for sure as he did a bang up job on Depp as Sparrow this year.

Awesome news as he is also one of my favorite characters but I never got him as he didn't look enough like Hugh Jackman. Fingers crossed for this one.

I passed on the original because I always thought the likeness was not 100%, but mostly because I didn't feel the Origins hairstyle provided the definitive Wolverine look. I'm hoping they'll give him the pointy hair for this go-around. I would love his X-1 civies look (pretty much the same as origins except a different shirt), or his X-2 civies (that white T with the blue jacket). I can take or leave the full black leather look.

I had also balked at the price of the original. $175 (or however much it was) seemed like a lot for pretty much a bare-bones figure. But seeing how the prices in general have shot up, I guess I'll be expecting the worst.

This exactly what I am thinking too. We need more evidence that these are legit. Way too many dodgy HK stuff out there as is.

If these guys are legit, it would be great of course but more evidence please if anybody has it!

I give up. What's so great about their prices? I know when they first showed up they were GREAT but that stock sold out and the rest shot up.

I had a conversation with someone from the store earlier and they certainly claim to sell 100% official Hot Toys items and the do offer a 14 day money back guarantee if you're not happy with your item and of course you pay via Paypal so you're covered there as well

I even asked the guy why their prices are so cheap and he actually refuted that they were pointing that many items are more expensive than they were when first released. It's the amount of hard to find figures they've still got that set my alarm bells off though

I think I'm going to risk it and get a T2 T800 from them though as everyone who has purchased from them only has good things to say.....

They do seem pretty legit but it is very easy to look proper these days.

I am tempted to go for a figure with them too. You make a point about the Paypal Protection. Hmmmm I am gonna read every post on that OSW thread.

They will also consider "Best Offers", so the stated price is open to negotiation.

I'm sure the inital round of low prices was part of their marketing strategy to build up a customer base. So far, I haven't heard anything negative about their products or service.

I just placed an order and will see how it goes.

I agree. When they first went up the prices were awesome. Now, I don't see anything that is a deal. Priced about the same as ebay if you ask me.

with the free shipping the Indy DX at $195 is better than what I've seen elsewhere...but I never intended on buying that..

Hard to say which version if any they will make I am not sure why the delay with x men trilogy figures it will be strange for them to come out with X men first class figures before they even offer one trilogy figure.

they seem to be re releasing several of their older figures which makes sense considering they can get a new figure by modifying the existing one, however they seem to also be directly competing with Medicom which has its own version of Sweeny todd , Jack sparrow , Ichbod Crane and they had the only 1/6th Xmen trilogy figure I have seen which happens to be Wolverine.

I guess Only time will tell...
