Steve74! your a great help but at the same time your posts are driving me insane lol... let me break it down for you...

After you posted your excellent purchase from hottoysonlinestore.com, I checked them out a bit, then I contacted you to ask if they were ligit...

After you confirmed it (thanks BTW - you look too tough to give a ____ for little thank you messages) I contacted chris and he made me a deal that kept me rolling on the floor for 2 days (like indy in temple of doom after he drank the evil serum)...

Anyways right when I was about to pay - he told me Blade got sold and didn't know... That broke the deal cuz the DX01 was gone at the time too.. now their both back but I spent the money...

So... THEN I ordered the head you linked up above a few days after that which was around the 23rd or something...

That ebay seller contacted me literally 2 days ago telling me his painter was on vacay and please be patient... So I'll let you know how the quality is when it gets here. I bought 2 superman fists I plan to impregnate with blades... and a ttm19 body so I'm set...

So your passion for Wolverine has really made me go crazy for this figure this holiday season. I just can't for some reason pay the big price for it incase it's not ligit... I'd rather just make my own.

Next stop... hardware store for metal shardes...

^^I hope everything works out for you on your custom Wolvie, let me know if I can do anything to help. I do feel you about spending the money on something that might not be legit, I ordered from hottoysonline and was 110% happy. When it comes to spending big money on figures I really want I just think about how happy I'll be when I have those figures in hand, not the regret of the money spent or the future regret of not having something I really wanted.
Right now I've got two WIP Wolverines, Team X Nam Logan and WWII Howling Commandos "Lucky Jim", I'll get some pics up soon. If you're looking for a good comic ver HS of Wolverine look up Skiman, he's doing a great job.

Thanks man, I wish I could paint that well. Melanarus did it for me about a year ago. I picked up one of the cheapo bootleg Wolverine HS off ebay and had him paint it up for me. He did a get job. He's a member here and OSW.

Thanks for that... I missed out on the pre-order (had to cancel) and although it'll never be as good as the original I'll take any Wolverine in the collection. Just waiting on the hs...

HT muscle body, Medi KOTCS Indy jacket, (crap) jeans-- black t-- and dogtags from a cheapo 12" army marine (bought at a liquidation store for pennies), blades cannibalized from a ML Wolverine (got a couple), shoes from I don't know where... belt to be added later...= Wolverine for just around $100. Yeah, I can dig that. SNIKT.
