Never thought I would be saying this, but I want this figure now after seeing all of these new pics. The likeness does look a lot better than what the protos showed.

He's really growing on me.

The only thing I'm not thrilled about is
A) I wish he had the hair from the X-Men movies
and
B) Are they going to make a Wolvie from X-Men too?

 My bad. You ordered from Eric though, didn't you? Whats the hold up?

No, Sideshow, I can be patient, they save me money on shipping plus the reward points, though it's tempting to go through Eric. Just eager for this one, love Jackman Wolverine and just from photos the figure turned out fantastic.

It's ok, everything will balance when I'm shooting my DX Batman and you're waiting on yours, assuming you're getting it, if not, then the T2 T-800, whenever the hell the finally ships :lol. Mark my words, you'll get yours though :lol

Definitely one of the best figures of the year. The tailoring is top notch, the claws are amazing, the body looks great. Likeness is there from certain angles but could be better. Still it's Wolverine no matter what.:rock2

I agree 100% Mando..........I am pleasantly surprised by the sculpt. The new body is freaking awesome, claws and tailoring superb. Top 5 figure for me....

I expect this thing to be awesome once it arrives, but the price was a stinger. I paid $200 total buying it from Toys2 (and I'm sure there are people who paid above that buying from ebay).

Looking at Mando's pic above, reminds me how this figure lacks any accessories. I need to get a cigar.

It is worth it IMO. The sculpt is better than I originally thought (not 100%) but still well done. I wouldn't want accessories (except rage sculpt). I have it posed in wife beater, dog tags and claws. It needs nothing else.

Still would like to see some bone claws. :(

A screaming sculpt would have been nice since 300 figure is getting one but I'm happy with the way it turned out.

Bone claws are the only not included item I'd have liked.

I'm watching the trilogy today and man am I pumped for this figure, and an eventual Trilogy one, the X costume's cool, plust the cool hairstyle they gave him.

Doubtful, I think they'd get more sales for Sabertooth than a Wolverine variant, I don't think many people care about any other costume of his from Origins, and bone claws and an alternate head aren't enough to sell another figure.

I'd be bummed too, bad enough when they do variants, but stings even more when that's all it is, and there's no reason other figures couldn't be done. I understand how tricky Iron Monger would be for Iron Man, but still, a whole movie line of just variations of one character, very boring. Sabertooth is within HT's capabilities.

True, but the Mark I to Mark III WERE considerably different and they were significant enough to make multiple versions.

I can't say the same for the battle damaged one though.

Wolverine doesn't change enough really to warrant multiple variants.

I would think that a Sabretooth and Magneto are shoe-ins for the next figures.
